【摘要】：環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟圈是我國三大海洋工程裝備制造業(yè)集群之一，也是我國海洋工程裝備制造業(yè)重點區(qū)域之一。海洋工程裝備制造業(yè)是環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟圈新經(jīng)濟增長點，是未來經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要推動力。面對海洋工程裝備市場廣闊的前景，如何抓住發(fā)展機遇提升產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力，是環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟圈發(fā)展海洋工程裝備制造業(yè)所面臨的首要問題。 在研究過程中，本文采用文獻(xiàn)查閱法、定性分析法、定量分析法和比較分析法等方法對所研究的問題進(jìn)行深入分析。通過查閱文獻(xiàn)，整理學(xué)術(shù)界相關(guān)研究成果，，確定將集群競爭力理論引入對海洋工程裝備制造業(yè)的研究中；運用“鉆石模型”，定性分析環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟圈海洋工程裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力；定量分析部分，以“菱形模型”為依據(jù)建立評價指標(biāo)體系，運用層次分析法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重，從而得到評價模型；利用評價模型分別計算出環(huán)渤海、長三角和珠三角的綜合得分，通過比較分析，得出環(huán)渤海海洋工程裝備制造業(yè)集群競爭力在集群創(chuàng)新、集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)、集群資源、集群政策和集群國際競爭中存在的問題，并提出對策建議。 本文以提升環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟圈海洋工程裝備制造業(yè)集群競爭力為落腳點，從產(chǎn)業(yè)集群視角對環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟圈海洋工程裝備制造業(yè)進(jìn)行研究，豐富了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的研究成果，為環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟圈發(fā)展海洋工程裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定提供有價值的啟示，為政府部門制定集群政策提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The Bohai Rim Economic Circle is one of the three major marine engineering equipment manufacturing clusters in China, and is also one of the key areas in China's marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry, which is the new economic growth point of the Bohai Economic Circle. In the face of the broad prospect of offshore engineering equipment market, how to seize the opportunity to promote the competitiveness of industrial clusters is the primary problem facing the development of offshore engineering equipment manufacturing industry in the economic circle around the Bohai Sea. In the course of the research, this paper uses the methods of literature reference, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and comparative analysis to deeply analyze the problems studied. It is determined to introduce the theory of cluster competitiveness into the research of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry; apply "diamond model" to qualitatively analyze the competitiveness of offshore engineering equipment manufacturing industry cluster around Bohai Sea economic circle; quantitative analysis part, The evaluation index system is established on the basis of "diamond model", the weight of index is determined by AHP, and the evaluation model is obtained. The comprehensive scores of Bohai Sea, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta are calculated respectively by using the evaluation model. The problems in cluster innovation, cluster network, cluster resources, cluster policy and cluster international competition in the cluster competitiveness of offshore engineering equipment manufacturing industry around Bohai Sea are obtained, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. In order to improve the competitiveness of offshore engineering equipment manufacturing industry cluster in Bohai Economic Circle, this paper studies the offshore engineering equipment manufacturing industry around Bohai Sea Economic Circle from the perspective of industrial cluster, which enriches the research results of industrial cluster competitiveness. It provides valuable inspiration for the development strategy of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry in Bohai economic circle and provides the basis for government departments to formulate cluster policy.
