【摘要】： 論文以中國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外理論界與實(shí)業(yè)界對(duì)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展問題展開的相關(guān)研究和取得的若干研究成果,并對(duì)這些研究進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。歸納總結(jié)了關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展問題研究的主要理論和方法。分析了傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)化過程導(dǎo)致的能源與環(huán)境危機(jī),以及以光伏技術(shù)為代表的新能源在可持續(xù)發(fā)展與循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)中的作用。分析了光伏產(chǎn)品的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀與走勢(shì),對(duì)產(chǎn)品分類、市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、發(fā)展的主要制約因素進(jìn)行了深入的剖析。對(duì)國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展規(guī)律進(jìn)行了定量分析,并對(duì)市場(chǎng)前景進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),提出了中國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)拓展戰(zhàn)略。 應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)理論與方法,從技術(shù)、企業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)、國(guó)家四個(gè)層面研究了我國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題。 論文探索性地引入光伏技術(shù)發(fā)展范式和光伏技術(shù)發(fā)展軌道的概念,對(duì)光伏技術(shù)的自身發(fā)展規(guī)律進(jìn)行了深入剖析,對(duì)光伏技術(shù)發(fā)展過程中的經(jīng)濟(jì)問題進(jìn)行了研究,創(chuàng)新性地提出了光伏技術(shù)發(fā)展定律,對(duì)未來光伏領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)發(fā)展以及相關(guān)的主要經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),提出中國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的技術(shù)選擇戰(zhàn)略和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略。 論文從企業(yè)層面對(duì)我國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,結(jié)合實(shí)際案例分析了中國(guó)光伏企業(yè)的投資價(jià)值,對(duì)不確定性較大的投資項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用實(shí)物期權(quán)的方法分析了其或有價(jià)值。對(duì)中國(guó)光伏企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行了總結(jié),提出了中國(guó)光伏企業(yè)的商業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。 論文從產(chǎn)業(yè)層面對(duì)中國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了分析,主要分析了光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上的價(jià)值分配、產(chǎn)業(yè)的規(guī)模與結(jié)構(gòu),特別是定量分析了光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)問題。還分析了中國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的集群特點(diǎn),提出了我國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)戰(zhàn)略。 論文從國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的高度,對(duì)比了中國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與西方國(guó)家的差距并歸納總結(jié)了可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。著重探討了中國(guó)發(fā)展光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略定位、國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略體系、促進(jìn)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的國(guó)家政策以及國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施計(jì)劃。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the development strategy of photovoltaic industry in China as the main research content, and summarizes the related research and some research achievements on the development of photovoltaic industry both at home and abroad. The main theories and methods of industrial development are summarized, and the energy and environment crisis caused by traditional industrialization is analyzed. And the role of new energy, represented by photovoltaic technology, in sustainable development and circular economy. The present situation and trend of the international and domestic markets of photovoltaic products, the classification of products and the market structure are analyzed. In this paper, the main restricting factors of the development of photovoltaic products are deeply analyzed, and the market development law is analyzed quantitatively, the market prospect is forecasted, and the market expansion strategy of Chinese photovoltaic products is put forward. Based on the relevant theories and methods of industrial economics and technical economics, this paper studies the development strategy of photovoltaic industry in China from four aspects: technology, enterprise, industry and country. This paper introduces the concept of photovoltaic technology development paradigm and photovoltaic technology development orbit, deeply analyzes the development law of photovoltaic technology, and studies the economic problems in the development process of photovoltaic technology. This paper puts forward the law of photovoltaic technology development creatively, forecasts the future development of photovoltaic technology and related main economic indexes, and puts forward the technology choice strategy and technological innovation strategy for the development of photovoltaic industry in China. This paper analyzes the development of photovoltaic industry in China from the enterprise level, and analyzes the investment value of photovoltaic enterprises in China in combination with practical cases. This paper analyzes the contingent value of real option method for uncertain investment projects, summarizes the business model of Chinese photovoltaic enterprises, and puts forward the commercial competition strategy of Chinese photovoltaic enterprises. The paper analyzes the development of China's photovoltaic industry from the industrial level, mainly analyzes the industry chain of photovoltaic industry, the value distribution on the industrial chain, the scale and structure of the industry. In particular, the scale economy of photovoltaic industry is analyzed quantitatively, and the cluster characteristics of photovoltaic industry development in China are analyzed, and the growth strategy of photovoltaic industry in China is put forward. From the perspective of national strategy, this paper compares the gap between the development of photovoltaic industry in China and the western countries, and summarizes the experiences that can be used for reference. The national strategic positioning and national strategic system for the development of photovoltaic industry in China are emphatically discussed. National policy to promote the development of photovoltaic industry and implementation plan of national strategy.
