【摘要】：礦山儲量動態(tài)監(jiān)管制度是2006年以來我國加強礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)階段資源儲量管理的一項重要制度。目前,我國已總體全面建立礦山儲量動態(tài)監(jiān)管制度。但是,從各地實踐中也暴露出一些問題,影響了我國礦山儲量動態(tài)監(jiān)管制度的深入推進和持續(xù)有效開展。以遼寧省為例,在介紹遼寧省礦山儲量動態(tài)監(jiān)管的主要做法、取得的有益經(jīng)驗及分析其存在的主要問題的基礎上,提出應增加監(jiān)測頻率、提高監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的真實可靠性等相關對策建議,為我國礦山儲量管理制度的完善提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:The dynamic supervision system of mine reserves is an important system to strengthen the management of resources and reserves in the stage of mineral resources development since 2006. At present, the dynamic supervision system of mine reserves has been established in China as a whole. Some problems have also been exposed from the practice in various places, which have affected the deep promotion and continuous and effective development of the dynamic supervision system of mine reserves in China. Taking Liaoning Province as an example, this paper introduces the main methods of dynamic supervision of mine reserves in Liaoning Province. On the basis of the beneficial experience obtained and the analysis of the main problems, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as increasing the monitoring frequency and improving the true reliability of the monitoring data, so as to provide reference and reference for the perfection of the mine reserves management system in China.
