【摘要】：精益生產(chǎn)是起源于日本豐田汽車公司的一種生產(chǎn)管理方法。其核心內(nèi)容是在生產(chǎn)資源較為集中的情況下，通過綜合合理化思想、看板管理方法、提案制度、全面質(zhì)量管理（TQM）、準(zhǔn)時化生產(chǎn)（JIT）、柔性生產(chǎn)等方式方法來達(dá)到較少庫存量、節(jié)約人力資源、排除浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象、提高產(chǎn)品競爭力和企業(yè)效率的生產(chǎn)制造策略。 邯鋼面對競爭日益激烈的鋼鐵市場，積極加快轉(zhuǎn)型升級、降本增效，實施精益生產(chǎn)并取得了顯著的成就，，不斷豐富著邯鋼精神。邯鋼自實施精益生產(chǎn)以來，變化日新月異，采取了設(shè)備管理更新、拉動式經(jīng)營方式，質(zhì)量一貫制管理，努力實現(xiàn)“低庫存、零缺陷、高柔性”的生產(chǎn)管理目標(biāo)。但是在實施過程中會遇到一些問題，本文首先從理論上闡述了精益生產(chǎn)的主要模式，其次總結(jié)了精益生產(chǎn)在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展情況，然后對邯鋼精益生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了較為詳盡的分析，最后對精益生產(chǎn)中存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析，并給出了解決措施。
[Abstract]:Lean production is a kind of production management method originated from Toyota Motor Company of Japan. The core content of lean production is to adopt comprehensive rationalization thought, Kanban management method and proposal system under the condition of more concentrated production resources. Total quality management (TQM), just-in-time production, flexible production and other ways to achieve less inventory, save human resources, eliminate waste phenomenon, improve product competitiveness and enterprise efficiency of production and manufacturing strategy. In the face of the increasingly competitive steel market, Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd has been actively accelerating the transformation and upgrading, reducing cost and increasing efficiency, implementing lean production and making remarkable achievements, which has continuously enriched the spirit of Handan Iron and Steel Co. Since the implementation of lean production, Handan Iron and Steel has changed with each passing day. Adopt equipment management update, pull management mode, quality consistent management, try to achieve "low inventory, zero defect, high flexibility" production management goal. But in the process of implementation will meet some problems, In this paper, the main models of lean production are expounded theoretically, then the development of lean production at home and abroad is summarized, and then the present situation of lean production in Handan Iron and Steel Company is analyzed in detail. Finally, the problems in lean production are analyzed, and the solutions are given.
