【摘要】：正國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳11月19日公布《關(guān)于印發(fā)能源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略行動(dòng)計(jì)劃(2014-2020年)的通知》。通知提出大力發(fā)展天然氣,到2020年,累計(jì)新增常規(guī)天然氣探明地質(zhì)儲(chǔ)量5.5萬(wàn)億m3,年產(chǎn)常規(guī)天然氣1 850億m3。通知顯示,按照陸地與海域并舉、常規(guī)與非常規(guī)并重的原則,加快常規(guī)天然氣增儲(chǔ)上產(chǎn),盡快突破非常規(guī)天然氣發(fā)展瓶頸,促進(jìn)天然氣儲(chǔ)量產(chǎn)量快速增長(zhǎng)。加快常規(guī)天然氣勘探開(kāi)發(fā)。以四川盆地、鄂爾多斯盆地、塔里木盆地和南海為重點(diǎn),加強(qiáng)西部低品位、東部深層、海
[Abstract]:On November 19th, the General Office of the State Council promulgated the Circular on the issuance of a Strategic Action Plan for Energy Development 2014-2020. The circular proposes to vigorously develop natural gas by 2020. The accumulated proven geological reserves of conventional natural gas are 5.5 trillion m3, and the annual production of conventional natural gas is 185 billion m3. The notice shows that, in accordance with the principle of simultaneous development of land and sea areas and equal emphasis between conventional and unconventional natural gas, the increase in production of conventional natural gas should be accelerated.
