【摘要】：電氣制造業(yè)正處于發(fā)展機遇與發(fā)展難題并存的局面：一方面伴隨著我國在電氣制造以及高新技術(shù)領域的政策支持和引導,電氣機械制造業(yè)仍然保持較快增長的勢頭；另一方面,電氣制造業(yè)由于勞動力成本的上升、原材料價格的飆升等等促使了運營成本不斷上升,利潤持續(xù)下降,市場競爭非常激烈。電氣制造企業(yè)如何在行業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長的狀況下既占領更大的市場份額,同時又保證利潤的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增長?僅僅依靠企業(yè)產(chǎn)品或服務的競爭已無法實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標。現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的競爭已經(jīng)從企業(yè)外部擴展到企業(yè)內(nèi)部的供應鏈。如何更好的應對供應鏈競爭?首先就是選擇適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的供應鏈運作模式。為了更加有效的降低企業(yè)供應鏈總成本,更好的優(yōu)化企業(yè)服務水平,使企業(yè)在競爭日趨激烈的市場中居于主動地位,選擇與企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和產(chǎn)品特點相適宜的供應鏈運作模式是非常有必要的。它有利于企業(yè)更好的實現(xiàn)供應鏈戰(zhàn)略,消除供應鏈業(yè)務流程中的不合理、不增值工作,使企業(yè)的供應鏈流程更加順暢。因此企業(yè)對其進行分析與選擇是十分必需的。同樣為了增強電氣制造企業(yè)的供應鏈競爭能力,對電氣制造企業(yè)的供應鏈運作模式進行分析與選擇也是十分有價值的。本文首先對供應鏈管理及供應鏈運作模式的相關理論進行介紹：其次,對電氣制造企業(yè)的行業(yè)環(huán)境及特點進行分析：再次,通過對電氣制造企業(yè)的供應鏈運作模式進行分析,結(jié)合行業(yè)環(huán)境及特點,選擇出適合電氣制造企業(yè)的供應鏈運作模式并對其進行評價：最后,以A公司為實例進行研究,通過對其公司現(xiàn)狀及現(xiàn)有供應鏈運作模式存在的問題進行分析,在備選的幾種基于顧客訂單分離點供應鏈運作模式之間,就產(chǎn)品類型、成本、生產(chǎn)周期、企業(yè)風險、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略因素進行比較,運用層次分析法從中選擇出與其相匹配的供應鏈運作模式,并對該模式進行效果評估。本文的研究成果對A公司選擇適合的供應鏈運作模式,提高供應鏈的運作效率,積極響應顧客需要,有效應對市場競爭起到一定的幫助作用。對其他電氣制造企業(yè)在分析與選擇合適的供應鏈運作模式時也有一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:The electric manufacturing industry is in the development opportunity and the development difficult problem coexistence situation: on the one hand, along with our country's policy support and the guidance in the electric manufacture and the high and new technology domain, the electrical machinery manufacturing industry still maintains the fast growth tendency; on the other hand, Because of rising labor costs and soaring raw material prices in the electrical manufacturing industry, operating costs are rising and profits are falling. The market competition is very fierce. How can the electric manufacturing enterprises take up a larger market share while ensuring the steady growth of the profit under the condition of the economic growth of the industry? The competition of modern enterprises has been extended from the outside to the internal supply chain. How to deal with the supply chain competition better? In order to reduce the total cost of the enterprise supply chain and optimize the service level of the enterprise more effectively, the enterprise will take the initiative position in the increasingly competitive market. It is very necessary to choose the supply chain operation mode which is suitable to the enterprise strategy and product characteristics. It is helpful for the enterprise to realize the supply chain strategy better and eliminate the unreasonable and unvalue-added work in the supply chain business process. Therefore, it is necessary for the enterprise to analyze and select the supply chain. Also, in order to enhance the supply chain competitiveness of electrical manufacturing enterprises, It is also very valuable to analyze and select the supply chain operation mode of electric manufacturing enterprises. Firstly, this paper introduces the relevant theories of supply chain management and supply chain operation mode. This paper analyzes the industry environment and characteristics of electrical manufacturing enterprises: thirdly, through the analysis of the supply chain operation mode of electrical manufacturing enterprises, combined with the industry environment and characteristics, Select and evaluate the supply chain operation mode suitable for electric manufacturing enterprise. Finally, take A company as an example, analyze the current situation of the company and the problems existing in the existing supply chain operation mode. In the alternative supply chain operation model based on customer order separation point, the product type, cost, production cycle, enterprise risk, enterprise strategic factors are compared. Using AHP to select the supply chain operation mode matching with it, and evaluate the effect of the model. The research results of this paper choose a suitable supply chain operation mode to improve the efficiency of supply chain operation. It is helpful for other electric manufacturing enterprises to analyze and select suitable supply chain operation mode.
