【摘要】:過(guò)去幾年,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)投資的帶動(dòng),三一積累了雄厚的資金,但是卻存在運(yùn)營(yíng)效率低下、運(yùn)營(yíng)模式單一等發(fā)展瓶頸,此時(shí),探尋一種適應(yīng)當(dāng)代社會(huì)發(fā)展的企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式顯得尤為重要。物聯(lián)網(wǎng)被譽(yù)為本世紀(jì)最具影響力的技術(shù)革命,將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)這個(gè)新興概念滲透到傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式中,,便成為發(fā)展的必然。 研究基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式對(duì)于三一乃至行業(yè)未來(lái)的可持續(xù)快速穩(wěn)定發(fā)展具有非常重要的意義。 本文首先從工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、特征等角度出發(fā),分析工程機(jī)械行業(yè)、企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,總結(jié)現(xiàn)有運(yùn)營(yíng)模式存在的瓶頸問(wèn)題。然后,對(duì)三一的企業(yè)概況、經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)、運(yùn)營(yíng)模式等進(jìn)行診斷,分析三一運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的缺陷所在,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)公司的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、所面臨的機(jī)遇以及將面對(duì)的挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究。 在充分的企業(yè)狀況診斷分析之后,提出基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的三一企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)解決方案,涵蓋三一物聯(lián)網(wǎng)總體設(shè)計(jì)方案、體系架構(gòu)、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)以及設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)包括三層結(jié)構(gòu)(感知層、傳輸層、應(yīng)用層)的工程機(jī)械物聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)。 最后,本文詳細(xì)闡述了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的三一企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,包括基于知識(shí)共享系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建三一與客戶可共同參與的研發(fā)體系,基于協(xié)同制造模式實(shí)施企業(yè)柔性化管理,依托全生命周期質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建可持續(xù)改進(jìn)的質(zhì)量管理體系,涵蓋設(shè)備租賃監(jiān)控平臺(tái)及搜索引擎營(yíng)銷(xiāo)的多網(wǎng)絡(luò)立體式營(yíng)銷(xiāo)模式,通過(guò)遠(yuǎn)維系統(tǒng)及新型服務(wù)開(kāi)拓的新型企業(yè)盈利模式,以及依托三一物聯(lián)網(wǎng)建立的共贏的企業(yè)合作與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In the past few years, driven by investment in infrastructure construction, Sany has accumulated abundant funds, but there are development bottlenecks such as low operational efficiency and single operation mode. At this time, It is particularly important to explore a business operation model that adapts to the development of contemporary society. The Internet of things is regarded as the most influential technological revolution in this century, which permeates the new concept of Internet of things into the traditional business operation mode. It becomes the necessity of development. It is of great significance to study the business operation model based on the Internet of things for Sany and even the future sustainable rapid and stable development of the industry. In this paper, from the point of view of the present situation and characteristics of construction machinery industry, this paper analyzes the existing operation mode of construction machinery industry and enterprises, summarizes the bottleneck problems existing in the existing operation mode, and then, to the general situation of Sany enterprise, to manage the business, On the basis of the analysis of the shortcomings of Sany operation mode, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced by the company are systematically studied. After a full diagnosis and analysis of the situation of the enterprise, a solution for the operation of Sany enterprise based on the Internet of things is proposed, which covers the overall design scheme, architecture, key technologies and design objectives of the Internet of things. Finally, the construction of construction machinery Internet of things (IOT) with three layers (perceptual layer, transport layer, application layer) is realized. Finally, this paper describes the implementation scheme of Sany business model based on Internet of things in detail, including constructing the R & D system of Sany and customers based on knowledge sharing system, and implementing enterprise flexible management based on collaborative manufacturing model. Based on the whole life cycle quality management system to build a sustainable improved quality management system, including equipment leasing monitoring platform and search engine marketing multi-network three-dimensional marketing model, A new enterprise profit model developed through remote systems and new services, and a win-win relationship between enterprise cooperation and competition based on the Sany Internet of things.
