烏審召220KV輸變電工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:近幾年來(lái),我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)得到飛速發(fā)展,電力生產(chǎn)行業(yè)也保持了較快增長(zhǎng),隨之電力建設(shè)也得了迅猛發(fā)展。輸變電建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目具有建設(shè)周期長(zhǎng)、點(diǎn)多面廣、資金技術(shù)密集等特點(diǎn),其特點(diǎn)決定了工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)必須進(jìn)行整體化管理,從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,加強(qiáng)對(duì)工程的嚴(yán)格管理,使工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量、安全、進(jìn)度得到有效的保證。 項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度是衡量工程項(xiàng)目管理水平高低的一個(gè)重要經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo),項(xiàng)目能否在預(yù)定時(shí)間內(nèi)完工并交付使用,直接影響到其經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的發(fā)揮。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是項(xiàng)目管理中最重要的內(nèi)容之一,對(duì)于工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理要貫穿整個(gè)項(xiàng)目管理周期的全過(guò)程,在工程項(xiàng)目中對(duì)所有的人力、物力資源以及時(shí)間計(jì)劃都必須進(jìn)行管理和有效控制,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度進(jìn)行有效管控不僅能有效提高工程項(xiàng)目的完工效率,還能為項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量和安全要求提供保證。本文首先從發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題以及影響因素等方面對(duì)輸變電工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行分析與探討,在此基礎(chǔ)上借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的研究與實(shí)踐成果,以烏審召220kv輸變電工程為研究對(duì)象,系統(tǒng)地分析和研究了以關(guān)鍵鏈理論為核心的輸變電工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方案,并把所研究的方案應(yīng)用到烏審召輸變電工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理當(dāng)中,根據(jù)工程的實(shí)際情況,編制出項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,設(shè)置項(xiàng)目緩沖區(qū),并采取相應(yīng)的措施進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制,為輸變電工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理建立了一套實(shí)用、系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)度管理方案,對(duì)輸變電工程項(xiàng)目管理具有一定的參考價(jià)值和意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our national economy and the rapid growth of the electric power production industry, the electric power construction has also developed rapidly. The power transmission and transformation construction project has a long construction period and a wide range of points. The characteristics of intensive capital and technology determine that the construction of engineering projects must be managed in an integrated way, planning in the long run and strengthening the strict management of the project so that the quality, safety and progress of the project can be effectively guaranteed. The progress of the project is an important economic indicator to measure the level of project management. Can the project be completed and put into use within the scheduled time? Project schedule management is one of the most important contents in project management. Material resources and time planning must be managed and effectively controlled. Effective control of the progress of the project can not only effectively improve the efficiency of the completion of the project, It can also guarantee the quality and safety requirements of the project. Firstly, this paper analyzes and discusses the progress management of transmission and transformation project from the aspects of development status, existing problems and influencing factors, etc. On this basis, drawing lessons from the research and practice achievements of project schedule management at home and abroad, taking Wuxanzhao 220kv power transmission and transformation project as the research object, this paper systematically analyzes and studies the project schedule management scheme of transmission and transformation project with the key chain theory as the core. According to the actual situation of the project, the project schedule plan is worked out, the project buffer zone is set up, and the corresponding measures are taken to control the project schedule. This paper establishes a set of practical and systematic schedule management scheme for the project schedule management of transmission and transformation project, which has certain reference value and significance for the project management of transmission and transformation project.
