【摘要】：近年來,隨著高新科技的飛速發(fā)展,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程不斷加深。在以垂直專業(yè)化為新特征的國際分工體系中,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的分割進(jìn)一步拉大了各個貿(mào)易國出口產(chǎn)品總體復(fù)雜度間的差距。學(xué)界對中國出口貿(mào)易的研究重點(diǎn)也逐漸從中國出口貿(mào)易規(guī)模轉(zhuǎn)移到了中國出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)上。本文借鑒了姚洋、張曄(2008)所用的指標(biāo)和測算方法,利用非競爭型投入產(chǎn)出表,按技術(shù)類別對中國出口制造業(yè)進(jìn)行劃分,分別測算各技術(shù)類別出口產(chǎn)品的出口產(chǎn)品復(fù)合技術(shù)含量、國內(nèi)技術(shù)含量及國內(nèi)技術(shù)含量指數(shù),并通過與一些典型國家進(jìn)行橫向?qū)Ρ葋砜疾熘袊圃鞓I(yè)在國際分工體系中的地位。 本文研究表明：第一,在95年至2009年這一時間區(qū)間內(nèi),中國制造業(yè)各技術(shù)類別出口產(chǎn)品的復(fù)合技術(shù)含量、國內(nèi)技術(shù)含量的絕對量均有顯著提升,但除中高技術(shù)類出口產(chǎn)品外,其他技術(shù)門類的出口產(chǎn)品國內(nèi)技術(shù)含量指數(shù)并沒有明顯提高；第二,從2009年度指標(biāo)的測算結(jié)果來看,中國制造業(yè)出口產(chǎn)品復(fù)合技術(shù)含量與國內(nèi)技術(shù)含量均與西方制造業(yè)強(qiáng)國存在不小差距,出口產(chǎn)品國內(nèi)技術(shù)含量差距尤為明顯。而與東亞一些國家與地區(qū)相比,中國在這三個指標(biāo)的測算結(jié)果上均尚不具備優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of high-tech, the process of global economic integration is deepening. The division of the industrial chain has further widened the gap between the overall complexity of the export products of various trading countries. The focus of academic research on China's export trade has gradually shifted from the scale of China's export trade to the structure of China's export trade. This paper draws lessons from Yao Yang. The index and measuring method used by Zhang Ye (2008) and the non-competitive input-output table are used to classify China's export manufacturing industry according to the technical category. The composite technology content, domestic technology content and domestic technology content index of export products of each technology category are calculated respectively. The position of Chinese manufacturing industry in the international division of labor system is investigated through horizontal comparison with some typical countries. The research shows that: first, in the period from 1995 to 2009, the composite technology content and the absolute amount of domestic technology content of each technology category export products of China's manufacturing industry have significantly increased. However, the domestic technology content index of export products of other technical categories has not obviously increased except for the export products of medium and high technology. Second, from the results of the annual indicators in 2009, the composite technology content and domestic technology content of Chinese manufacturing export products are not small gap with the western manufacturing countries. Compared with some countries and regions in East Asia, China still has no advantage in calculating the results of these three indexes.
