交易成本視角下的工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈管理問題研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,建筑業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展的態(tài)勢,已經(jīng)成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)。建設(shè)項(xiàng)目也從單一化、簡單化,向大型化、復(fù)雜化趨勢發(fā)展。傳統(tǒng)的工程項(xiàng)目管理模式和工程總承包管理模式在實(shí)際的應(yīng)用中暴露出越來越多的問題。而工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈理論的應(yīng)用可以解決以上兩種管理模式中存在的問題,因此圍繞工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈管理各個(gè)方面的理論和研究課題不斷增多,受到學(xué)術(shù)界廣泛關(guān)注,已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)重點(diǎn)研究的領(lǐng)域。 較之國外,我國對工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈的研究起步較晚,研究主要集中在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、集成化管理、分包商選擇等方面,對交易成本方面的研究文獻(xiàn)相對較少,研究也不夠深入。由于交易成本涵蓋意義比較廣泛,對其定量化研究困難很大,所以本文擬從交易成本視角分析影響工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈管理的兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵性問題,即工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴選擇問題和工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理問題。通過解決上述兩個(gè)的問題,從而達(dá)到控制整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈交易成本的目的。 本文第一章通過分析傳統(tǒng)工程項(xiàng)目管理模式和工程總承包模式的缺陷和不足,引入工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈管理理論,并針對交易成本視角下工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈研究理論不足而提出本文研究的問題;第二章闡述與論文相關(guān)理論,即交易成本理論和供應(yīng)鏈理論,并參照相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)總結(jié)出工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈的定義;第三章,分析工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈交易成本產(chǎn)生的原因,并在交易成本視角下分析整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈管理中存在的問題,提出對交易成本影響較大的兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵性問題,即工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴選擇問題和工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理問題;第四章,應(yīng)用基于AHP的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法,選取工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴,并分析合適合作伙伴對整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈交易成本降低的影響;第五章,針對工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈交易成本產(chǎn)生的原因,采取相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施,從而達(dá)到控制工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈交易成本的目的;第六章,總結(jié)論文成果,并提出論文的不足。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要有兩點(diǎn)。第一,本文從交易成本的視角出發(fā)研究工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈管理問題,通過對工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈管理中四大問題(合作、物流、信息、風(fēng)險(xiǎn))的研究,選擇與交易成本關(guān)聯(lián)度最大兩個(gè)問題作為論文的研究對象,即工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈管理中的合作伙伴選擇問題和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范問題,進(jìn)而達(dá)到控制交易成本的目的;第二,應(yīng)用定性與定量相結(jié)合的基于AHP的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法,解決工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴的選擇問題,使評價(jià)和選擇得出的結(jié)論更加具有說服力;對工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈管理中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制問題,充分結(jié)合了交易成本理論,針對交易場成本產(chǎn)生原因,提出了控制工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈的不確定性,控制工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的高發(fā)節(jié)點(diǎn),建立應(yīng)急處理機(jī)制三個(gè)方面的措施,以達(dá)到控制工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈交易成本的目的。 本文雖然取得了一定的研究成果,但是也存在一定的不足。首先本文考慮的只是一般工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈的構(gòu)建,并沒有考慮特殊項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈的構(gòu)建與研究;其次工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴選擇評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的指標(biāo)并不能涵蓋合作伙伴的全部指標(biāo),而且對不同類型項(xiàng)目的指標(biāo)側(cè)重點(diǎn)可能不夠突出;第三本文在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范問題上,主要是從交易成本產(chǎn)生原因的角度制定相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的方案,在實(shí)際中可能會(huì)不夠全面。相信隨著時(shí)間的推移,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對工程項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈管理的研究會(huì)更加深入,更加全面,從而使得該理論更好地服務(wù)我國建筑業(yè)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of China's economy, the construction industry showing a booming trend, has become a pillar industry of the national economy. The construction project is from a single, simple, large-scale, complex trend of development. The traditional management mode of general contracting project management mode and project exposed more and more the problems in the actual application. And the application of engineering project supply chain theory can solve the above two kinds of management problems in the theory and research therefore focused on engineering project supply chain management in all aspects of increasing, has been paid great attention by academe, has become a key research area.
Compared with overseas, China's construction project supply chain research started late, the research mainly focused on risk management, integrated management, subcontractor selection and other aspects, the research literature on the transaction cost is relatively small, the research is not thorough enough. Because the transaction cost covers a wider sense, for its quantitative research difficulties so, this paper intends to analyze the influence of two key problems of engineering project supply chain management from the perspective of transaction costs, namely project supply chain partner selection and project risk management of supply chain problem. By solving the above two problems, so as to achieve the transaction cost of supply chain control of the whole project.
The first chapter of this paper through the analysis of defects in the traditional general contracting project management mode and engineering and the lack of introduction of engineering project supply chain management theory, and transaction cost for the project from the perspective of supply chain research theory problems put forward in this paper; the second chapter elaborates the related theory, namely the transaction cost theory and supply chain theory, and summed up the definition of engineering project supply chain according to the related literature; the third chapter, analysis of the causes of the transaction cost of supply chain project of the whole project and analyze the existing problems in the supply chain management in the transaction cost perspective, put forward two key problems of great influence on the transaction cost, namely the construction project supply chain partner selection and project supply chain risk management problems; the fourth chapter, the application of grey relational analysis based on AHP method, select the project Project supply chain partners, and to analyze the right partner influence on transaction cost of supply chain to reduce the whole project; the fifth chapter, the reasons for the transaction cost of supply chain project produced, take corresponding risk control measures, so as to achieve the control of engineering project supply chain transaction cost objective; the sixth chapter, summarizes the achievements, deficiency and the paper.
This paper has two innovations. First, this paper from the perspective of transaction cost of supply chain management research project, based on engineering project supply chain management in four major problems (cooperation, logistics, information, risk) research, selection and transaction cost in maximum degree two problems as the research object of this paper. The engineering project supply chain management in partner selection and risk prevention, in order to control the transaction costs; second, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative grey correlation analysis based on AHP method, solve the selection problem of engineering project supply chain partnership, the evaluation and selection of the conclusion more persuasive force; the problems of risk control of engineering project supply chain management, combining with the theory of transaction cost, transaction cost for the cause of, puts forward the control of engineering project supply Chain uncertainty, control the high-risk nodes of engineering project supply chain risk, and establish three measures to establish emergency response mechanism, so as to control the transaction cost of engineering project supply chain.
Although this thesis has made some achievements, but there are some deficiencies. Firstly, consider only the construction of general engineering project of the supply chain, and did not consider the research and construction of special project of supply chain; secondly the project supply chain partner selection evaluation index system the index refers to the total standard does not cover partners. The index and focus on different types of projects may not be prominent; third in the risk prevention issues, the main reason is from the perspective of transaction cost and formulate the corresponding risk control scheme in practice may be not comprehensive enough. I believe that with the passage of time, the researches on engineering project supply chain management will be more further, more comprehensive, so as to make the theory to better serve the construction industry in China.
