中國汽車制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈績效實證分析

【摘要】:汽車行業(yè)在經(jīng)歷了前兩年的銷售噴涌期后,逐步進入微增長時代。目前中國汽車的銷售量在世界上已經(jīng)處于第一方陣,與歐美日本等汽車發(fā)展的先進國家之間的距離縮小。但是在從汽車大國進入到汽車強國的路上,,我們還有很長的路要走。從汽車供應(yīng)鏈角度思考,如何改進供應(yīng)鏈中的管理機制,改善供應(yīng)鏈流程,提升供應(yīng)鏈績效方面,我們還需要進步探索。本人擬通過研究汽車供應(yīng)鏈績效,以此衡量供應(yīng)鏈的發(fā)展狀況,找出發(fā)展中的問題,促進供應(yīng)鏈績效的整體提升。 本文基于此背景下,研究了日系以及美系的優(yōu)秀汽車企業(yè),將他們的發(fā)展狀況同中國汽車企業(yè)相對比,尋找出我們的優(yōu)點及缺點。然后通過深入研究汽車行業(yè)發(fā)達國家和中國學者關(guān)于供應(yīng)鏈績效的文章,比較汽車供應(yīng)鏈績效的模型,形成適用于現(xiàn)在汽車供應(yīng)鏈績效評價的新模式。 文章中引入了模糊層次法模型,通過設(shè)定績效評價研究的模塊,包括服務(wù)、產(chǎn)品、財務(wù)、研發(fā)投入、管理這幾部分。通過德爾菲法設(shè)定各個模塊的權(quán)重,根據(jù)實地調(diào)研的結(jié)果取得評價指標的數(shù)據(jù),并歸—化處理,最后將權(quán)重乘以處理后的數(shù)據(jù),得到調(diào)查結(jié)果。 通過研究調(diào)查結(jié)果,得到關(guān)于供應(yīng)鏈績效的總體評價,以及每個部分的發(fā)展情況,根據(jù)對評價結(jié)果的分析,找出供應(yīng)鏈發(fā)展過程中的優(yōu)點以及缺點,從而提升汽車供應(yīng)鏈績效,促進我國從汽車大國走向汽車強國。
[Abstract]:After the first two years of sales spurt, the auto industry has gradually entered the era of micro-growth. At present, Chinese auto sales have been in the first square in the world. The distance between Europe, America and Japan and other advanced countries of automobile development is narrow. But we still have a long way to go before we can enter the automobile power country from the automobile big country. Think from the automobile supply chain angle. How to improve the management mechanism in the supply chain, improve the supply chain process, improve the supply chain performance, we also need to improve the exploration. I intend to study the performance of the automotive supply chain, so as to measure the development of the supply chain. Find out the problems in development and promote the overall improvement of supply chain performance. Based on this background, this paper studies the excellent automobile enterprises of Japanese and American departments, and compares their development status with that of Chinese automobile enterprises. Find out our advantages and disadvantages. Then through in-depth study of the automobile industry developed countries and Chinese scholars on the performance of supply chain articles, compare the performance of automotive supply chain models. To form a new model suitable for automotive supply chain performance evaluation. This paper introduces the fuzzy hierarchy model, sets the modules of performance evaluation, including service, product, finance, R & D investment, management, and sets the weight of each module by Delphi method. According to the result of field investigation, the data of evaluation index are obtained, and the data are normalized. Finally, the weight is multiplied by the data after processing, and the result of investigation is obtained. Through the research results, get the overall evaluation of supply chain performance, as well as the development of each part, according to the analysis of the evaluation results, find out the advantages and disadvantages of the supply chain development process. So as to improve the performance of automobile supply chain and promote our country from a big automobile country to a powerful automobile country.
