【摘要】：本文以中國汽車行業(yè)的技術進步為例,對導向性技術進步理論進行驗證,并嘗試揭示我國環(huán)境技術偏向。研究結果表明,石油價格上升、潛在市場規(guī)模擴大推動了我國汽車行業(yè)清潔技術進步,然而,汽車行業(yè)污染技術并沒有隨著石油價格上漲而減少,說明我國汽車行業(yè)尚未表現(xiàn)出明顯的清潔技術偏向。此外,導向性技術變遷在東、中、西部地區(qū)表現(xiàn)不同特征,中西部地區(qū)潛在市場規(guī)模比東部地區(qū)更能拉動清潔技術的創(chuàng)新,而只有東部地區(qū)石油價格變化能引發(fā)清潔技術創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Taking the technological progress of China's automobile industry as an example, this paper verifies the theory of guided technological progress and tries to reveal the environmental technological bias in China. The research results show that the oil price is rising. The expansion of potential market scale has promoted the progress of clean technology in China's automobile industry. However, the pollution technology of automobile industry has not decreased with the increase of oil price. It shows that China's automobile industry has not shown a clear clean technology bias. In addition, the oriented technology changes in the east, central and western areas show different characteristics. The scale of the potential market in the central and western regions is more powerful than in the eastern region, and only the oil price changes in the eastern region can lead to the innovation of clean technology.
