【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的不斷的繁榮，對基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的要求也在不斷的提高，電網(wǎng)是基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的一個重要組成部分，然而農(nóng)村電氣化工程項目由于一些因素的影響始終沒有得到足夠重視。為建立滿城縣安全可靠的供電網(wǎng)絡(luò)，以保證滿城縣經(jīng)濟持續(xù)健康高速發(fā)展，對陳舊的電網(wǎng)設(shè)施加大重視度，強調(diào)了電氣化工程建設(shè)的必要性；村用電量的不斷加大，與現(xiàn)存的農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)設(shè)施落后破舊的現(xiàn)實之間的矛盾更加的突出，更加突出了電氣化工程項目的重要地位。新農(nóng)村的電氣化建設(shè)對滿城縣新農(nóng)村的經(jīng)濟繁榮發(fā)展有著舉足輕重的深遠意義，由于一些驅(qū)動因素始終沒有得到足夠重視，滿城縣新農(nóng)村電氣化建設(shè)工程項目的經(jīng)濟技術(shù)評價工作發(fā)展仍然不足，要做好經(jīng)濟性評價工作，應(yīng)該可以加強滿城縣的電網(wǎng)建設(shè)項目的管理，構(gòu)建科學(xué)合理的項目經(jīng)濟評價體系，提高工程項目的可靠性，降低管理風(fēng)險，提高項目效益。 本文就是在農(nóng)村電氣化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實狀況為基礎(chǔ)上，剖析了滿城縣新農(nóng)村電氣化工程建設(shè)的目標具體要求，以及在發(fā)展具體規(guī)劃的指導(dǎo)下，提出了電氣化建設(shè)的指標體系，并以層次分析法和模糊綜合評價方法結(jié)合起來，，該評價方法能夠很好地對滿城縣工程項目中的問題，用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法進行分析，最后通過對滿城縣電氣化工程建設(shè)進行經(jīng)濟技術(shù)分析，并通過建立評價指標體系，運用模糊層次分析方法對該縣進行評價，通過對評價結(jié)果的分析，找出滿城縣電氣化工程項目的問題所在，并提出切實的發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:With the economic prosperity of our country, the demand for infrastructure is also increasing, and the power grid is an important part of infrastructure. However, the rural electrification project has not been paid enough attention to because of some factors. In order to establish a safe and reliable power supply network in Mancheng County, to ensure the sustained and healthy economic development of Mancheng County. Pay more attention to the old power grid facilities and emphasize the necessity of electrification engineering construction; With the increasing of village electricity consumption, the contradiction between the existing rural power grid facilities and the reality of backward and dilapidated is more prominent. The electrification construction of the new countryside is of great significance to the economic prosperity and development of the new countryside in Mancheng County. Because some driving factors have not been paid enough attention to all the time, the economic and technical evaluation of the new rural electrification construction project in Mancheng County is still insufficient, so the economic evaluation should be done well. It should be able to strengthen the management of power grid construction projects in Mancheng County, construct a scientific and reasonable project economic evaluation system, improve the reliability of engineering projects, reduce the risk of management, and improve project benefits. Based on the reality of rural electrification development, this paper analyzes the specific requirements of the construction of the new rural electrification project in Mancheng County, and under the guidance of the specific development plan. This paper puts forward the index system of electrification construction, and combines AHP with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation method can well solve the problems in the project of Mancheng County. Finally, through the economic and technical analysis of the construction of electrification project in Mancheng County, and through the establishment of evaluation index system. Through the analysis of the evaluation results, the problems of the electrification project in Mancheng County are found out, and practical development suggestions are put forward.
