童車新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與綠色設(shè)計策略研究

【摘要】:科學技術(shù)的不斷進步和工業(yè)文明的極速發(fā)展,極大的豐富了人們的物質(zhì)生活,同時也消耗了更多的自然資源,并產(chǎn)生了大量的溫室氣體和破壞環(huán)境的有害垃圾,而在以化石能源為主體的自然資源當中,大部分都是不可再生的,并面臨著日益枯竭的窘境。 2013年1月份在中國內(nèi)地大范圍的霧霾天氣,也再次對我們環(huán)境持續(xù)的惡化敲響了警鐘。在我國大多數(shù)發(fā)達的區(qū)域,已經(jīng)很難見到藍天白云,青山綠水。而工業(yè)化產(chǎn)品中的綠色設(shè)計是改變這種不可持續(xù)發(fā)展模式的重要手段,它從源頭上就考慮到我們所生存的環(huán)境,并且最大限度的減少了能源的消耗。 玩具是伴隨著我們童年成長的伙伴,是啟發(fā)我們大腦思維的工具,也是我們很多人最溫馨的童年記憶。由于玩具種類的不斷豐富和兒童的早期教育普及,造成他們對玩具產(chǎn)品的新鮮感和使用期越來越短,從而加速了玩具產(chǎn)品的更新?lián)Q代周期,使之成為了一種快速消費品。但玩具產(chǎn)品的更新?lián)Q代的加快意味著能源更大的消耗,綠色設(shè)計的運用可以減少玩具產(chǎn)品中更新?lián)Q代能源浪費,使產(chǎn)品在整個生命周期當中對環(huán)境的影響降到最低。 童車作為玩具產(chǎn)品當中的重要分支,從小孩剛出生不久要用到的嬰兒車,到學會走路后所玩耍的三輪車,四輪車,滑板車。給很多少年兒童帶去很多歡樂的同時,又可以讓很多長時間坐在電視機旁邊看動畫片的小朋友帶到戶外進行更多的運動,更加有利于兒童的健康成長。 本文將通過對童車產(chǎn)品的整個周期的調(diào)查,根據(jù)玩具產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展趨勢和童車產(chǎn)品市場定位,研究童車產(chǎn)品綠色設(shè)計策略,,使綠色設(shè)計更加深入到產(chǎn)品的每一個環(huán)節(jié)當中,最大限度的減少產(chǎn)品對環(huán)境的影響。如何提高新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)成功率也是很多童車企業(yè)面臨著的一個難題,它不僅關(guān)系到企業(yè)的競爭力,而且減少沒有市場的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)也意味著減少了不必要的能源消耗,這也是綠色設(shè)計的另一種詮釋。本文將通過對童車新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的研究,并利用一些先進新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的理論工具,實現(xiàn)科學的童車新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和規(guī)范的產(chǎn)品項目管理,使新產(chǎn)品能捕捉到市場機遇,確保產(chǎn)品更加符合消費者的期望和市場需求,從而提供安全,健康,環(huán)保,舒適和使用方便的童車產(chǎn)品。
[Abstract]:The improvement of science and technology and the rapid development of industrial civilization, greatly enriched the people's material life, but also consume more natural resources, and produce hazardous waste large amounts of greenhouse gases and the destruction of the environment, while using fossil fuels as the main natural resources, most of them are non renewable, and facing the increasingly embarrassing situation.
In 2013 January in the mainland Chinese wide range of fog and haze, the deterioration of our environment continues once again sounded the alarm. In China's most developed regions, has been very difficult to see the blue sky and white clouds, green mountains and rivers. The green design of the industrial products is an important means to change the unsustainable development pattern, it is from the source considering the environment in which we live, and to minimize the energy consumption.
The toy is accompanied by the growth of our childhood partners, is inspired our brain thinking tool, is our most warm childhood memories. Because the toys are becoming rich and early childhood education, causing them to toy product freshness and use more and more short, thus speeding up the toy product updates the replacement cycle, make it become a kind of fast consumer goods. But the toy product renewal speed means more energy consumption, use of green design in the toy product upgrading can reduce energy waste, so that the product in the whole life cycle of the impact on the environment to a minimum.
As an important branch of toy products baby, from the child was born shortly before use to the baby carriage, to play to walk after the tricycle, four wheeled vehicle, scooter. For a lot of young children to bring a lot of joy at the same time, it can make a lot of time sitting next to the TV to watch the cartoon little friends to outdoor exercise more, more conducive to the healthy growth of children.
This paper through the investigation of baby products throughout the cycle, according to the development trend of toys and baby products market positioning strategy, green design, green design of baby products, more deeply into every aspect of the product, to minimize the environmental impact of products. A problem of how to improve the development of new products the success rate is also a lot of baby stroller enterprises are facing, it is not only related to the competitiveness of enterprises, and reduce the product development without the market also means to reduce unnecessary energy consumption, which is the green design is another interpretation. This paper will research on the carriage of new product development, and using the theory of some new advanced tools product development, project management of new product development to achieve baby scientific and standardized, so that the new products to capture market opportunities, ensure products more in line with consumer Expect and market demand to provide safe, healthy, environmentally friendly, comfortable and easy to use child car products.
