【摘要】:改革開(kāi)發(fā)三十多年來(lái),民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)中所占的比重逐步擴(kuò)大,民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)已成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的起到了支撐作用,是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要力量。受08年金融危機(jī)的影響,當(dāng)前國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)復(fù)雜,民營(yíng)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展受到了嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。而多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略作為分散經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、構(gòu)成多個(gè)利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)的一種途徑,受到國(guó)內(nèi)民營(yíng)企業(yè)的青睞,幾乎成為民營(yíng)企業(yè)家的經(jīng)營(yíng)“法寶”,普遍認(rèn)為推行多元化是企業(yè)規(guī)模化,迅速擴(kuò)張的重要手段。當(dāng)越來(lái)越多的民營(yíng)企業(yè)加入到多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)中時(shí),我們有必要對(duì)這一戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行深刻的思考。 戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的正確與否,是企業(yè)健康、持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。多元化是企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的一種形式,不存在什么對(duì)與錯(cuò),關(guān)鍵是看企業(yè)自身是否具備多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)的條件,如何切實(shí)的結(jié)合自身的實(shí)際情況,科學(xué)理性的實(shí)施。本文選取YR集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,從企業(yè)實(shí)施多元化的動(dòng)因入手,通過(guò)理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、定性和定量相結(jié)合,分析目前集團(tuán)多元化實(shí)施的效果,從修正多元化戰(zhàn)略、強(qiáng)化核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、協(xié)調(diào)資源配置、優(yōu)先行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、升級(jí)產(chǎn)品品牌及加快人才培養(yǎng)等方面提出了YR集團(tuán)未來(lái)多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施對(duì)策和實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑,為其它民營(yíng)企業(yè)的多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and development for more than 30 years, the proportion of the private economy in the economic structure of our country has gradually expanded, and the private economy has become the supporting role of the economic growth of our country. Is an important force in the development of the national economy. Affected by the 2008 financial crisis, the current international and domestic economic situation is complex. The sustainable development of private enterprises has been a severe challenge, and diversification strategy, as a way to disperse the risk of management, constitute a way of multiple profit growth points, is favored by domestic private enterprises. Almost become a "magic weapon" of private entrepreneurs, it is generally believed that the implementation of diversification is an important means of enterprise scale, rapid expansion. When more and more private enterprises join in diversification. We need to think deeply about this strategy. Whether the implementation of strategy is correct or not is the key to the healthy, sustained and stable development of enterprises. Diversification is a form of enterprise strategy, there is no right or wrong. The key is to see whether the enterprise itself has the conditions of diversification, how to effectively combine their actual situation, scientific and rational implementation. This paper selects YR Group as the research object. Starting with the motivation of enterprise diversification, combining theory with practice, qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper analyzes the effect of group diversification implementation, from the revision of diversification strategy to strengthen the core competitiveness. Coordination of the allocation of resources, priority industry structure, upgrading product brands and speeding up the training of personnel and other aspects of the implementation of the strategy of the implementation of the future diversification of yr Group and the implementation of the path. To provide reference for the diversification of other private enterprises.
