【摘要】：青年職工在企業(yè)中是重要的生力軍。因此做好民營(yíng)建筑青年思想政治工作,對(duì)于提高生產(chǎn)效率,完成生產(chǎn)勞動(dòng)任務(wù)是至關(guān)重要的。當(dāng)前,青年職工的思想狀況的主流是好的,但也存在一些亟待解決的問(wèn)題。為切實(shí)加強(qiáng)民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)青年的思想政治覺(jué)悟,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)黨團(tuán)組織的工作的方式、方法,為青年優(yōu)化良好的工作環(huán)境使其健康成長(zhǎng),既是改革開(kāi)放和提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的必然要求,也是時(shí)代賦予企業(yè)的歷史使命。 由于民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)的行業(yè)特點(diǎn),其思想政治工作具有相當(dāng)?shù)碾y度,特別是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下利益關(guān)系及分配問(wèn)題,給青年職工思想觀念的變化帶來(lái)了很大的影響。由于傳統(tǒng)的思想政治工作以不能適應(yīng)民營(yíng)建筑行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,因此民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)的青年思想工作已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)發(fā)展中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),這種狀況的存在已成為阻礙民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)做強(qiáng)做大的發(fā)展障礙。 本文針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)青年思想及工作中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入的探討和研究。首先介紹了論文的研究目的和意義、以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、經(jīng)過(guò)收集的文獻(xiàn)和有關(guān)資料,筆者對(duì)民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了整體研究和綜述；然后,分析了民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)青年的特點(diǎn)和作用,闡述了新時(shí)期加強(qiáng)民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)青年思想政治工作的重要性,探討了當(dāng)前民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)青年思政工作存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)其問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了走訪和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。最后,提出了加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)青年思想教育工作的措施和方法。
[Abstract]:Young workers in the enterprise is an important new force. Therefore, to do a good job of ideological and political work of private construction youth, to improve production efficiency, to complete the task of production is crucial. The mainstream of the ideological situation of the young workers is good, but there are also some problems to be solved. In order to strengthen the ideological and political consciousness of the young people in the private construction enterprises. Strengthening and improving the work way and method of the party group organization of the private construction enterprise, optimizing the good working environment for the youth to make it grow healthily is the inevitable requirement of the reform and opening up and the improvement of the competitive power of the enterprise. It is also the historical mission given to enterprises by the times. Due to the characteristics of private construction enterprises, its ideological and political work is quite difficult, especially the interest relationship and distribution under the condition of market economy. Because the traditional ideological and political work can not adapt to the rapid development of the private construction industry. Therefore, the youth ideological work of private construction enterprises has become a weak link in the development of enterprises, and the existence of this situation has become an obstacle to the development of private construction enterprises. In this paper, the problems existing in the thought and work of the young people in the private construction enterprises in our country are deeply discussed and studied. Firstly, the purpose and significance of the paper are introduced, as well as the present situation of the research at home and abroad. Through the collection of literature and relevant information, the author of the private construction enterprises on the status of the overall study and summary; Then, it analyzes the characteristics and functions of the youth in the private construction enterprises, and expounds the importance of strengthening the ideological and political work of the youth in the private construction enterprises in the new period. This paper probes into the problems existing in the ideological and political work of the young people in the private construction enterprises at present, and makes a visit to the problems and makes a questionnaire survey. The measures and methods of strengthening and improving youth ideological education in private construction enterprises are put forward.
