【摘要】:隨著國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,人民生活水平提高,基本醫(yī)療保險制度的實(shí)行,人們對醫(yī)藥的需求不斷增加,2010年,我國的醫(yī)藥市場已經(jīng)達(dá)到600億美元,2020年將接近1200億美元,隨著醫(yī)藥需求越來越大,醫(yī)藥物流業(yè)逐漸受到重視。近年來,對醫(yī)藥物流的研究已經(jīng)成為理論界和實(shí)務(wù)界關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)同時,在外國資本和民間資本或許進(jìn)入醫(yī)藥流通行業(yè)的大背景下,建立一套合理有效有序的物流系統(tǒng)便有了重要的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。大力發(fā)展醫(yī)藥物流,有利于降低醫(yī)藥流通成本,增強(qiáng)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)競爭力,規(guī)范醫(yī)藥市場秩序,推動醫(yī)藥流通體制改革,提高藥品流通的安全性和時效性。 然而,我國現(xiàn)行的醫(yī)藥物流存在許多制約發(fā)展的瓶頸,例如對醫(yī)藥物流的概念模糊;醫(yī)藥物流信息化水平較低等等。其中突出的問題便是缺乏一套合理完善的醫(yī)藥物流系統(tǒng)。當(dāng)前,我國的醫(yī)藥物流發(fā)展尚處于起步階段,藥品物流過程中標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度低,不同領(lǐng)域之間情報不能傳遞,直接影響了物流規(guī)模效益、物流周期與藥品質(zhì)量。 綜上所述,本文從供應(yīng)鏈信息共享為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以自動識別系統(tǒng)為落腳點(diǎn),結(jié)合供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境,醫(yī)藥物流的特點(diǎn)以及自動識別技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀種類,試將自動識別相關(guān)技術(shù)應(yīng)用到-套適合于醫(yī)藥物流的自動識別系統(tǒng)中,設(shè)立系統(tǒng)各功能模塊加以組合,得出合適方案和體系。本文的最后給出了這一基于供應(yīng)鏈信息共享的醫(yī)藥物流自動識別系統(tǒng)的典型案例應(yīng)用,對其全過程進(jìn)行了模擬實(shí)際操作,同時,通過這一現(xiàn)實(shí)案例,不斷完善系統(tǒng)內(nèi)各功能模塊,在給出應(yīng)用指引的同時,不但驗(yàn)證該物流系統(tǒng)的有效性,同時也使該系統(tǒng)得到優(yōu)化,適應(yīng)現(xiàn)實(shí)情況。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of domestic economy, the improvement of people's living standard, the implementation of basic medical insurance system, people's demand for medicine has been increasing. In 2010, the medical market of our country has reached 60 billion US dollars. In 2020, it will be close to $120 billion. With the increasing demand for medicine, the pharmaceutical logistics industry has been gradually attached importance to. In recent years, the research on pharmaceutical logistics has become a hot spot in theory and practice. Under the background that foreign capital and private capital may enter the pharmaceutical circulation industry, it has important theoretical and practical significance to establish a reasonable, effective and orderly logistics system. It is beneficial to reduce the cost of pharmaceutical circulation, strengthen the competitiveness of pharmaceutical industry, standardize the order of pharmaceutical market, promote the reform of pharmaceutical circulation system, and improve the safety and timeliness of drug circulation. However, there are many bottlenecks restricting the development of pharmaceutical logistics in China, such as the concept of medical logistics is vague; The outstanding problem is the lack of a reasonable and perfect medical logistics system. At present, the development of pharmaceutical logistics in China is still in its infancy. In the process of drug logistics, the degree of standardization is low, and the information between different fields can not be transmitted, which directly affects the efficiency of logistics scale, the logistics cycle and the quality of drugs. To sum up, this paper from the supply chain information sharing as a starting point, automatic recognition system as the foothold, combined with the supply chain environment, characteristics of medical logistics and automatic identification technology categories. Try to apply the automatic identification technology to the set of automatic identification system suitable for medical logistics, and set up each functional module of the system to be combined. Finally, this paper gives a typical case application of the automatic identification system of pharmaceutical logistics based on supply chain information sharing, and simulates the whole process of the system, at the same time. Through this practical case, the functional modules in the system are continuously improved, and the application guidance is given, which not only verifies the validity of the logistics system, but also optimizes the system and adapts to the actual situation.
