【摘要】：中國(guó)是世界第一鋼鐵大國(guó)，也是鐵礦石進(jìn)口貿(mào)易大國(guó)，對(duì)外貿(mào)易依存度接近70%。當(dāng)前，“援疆工程”進(jìn)展一片火熱，尤其是房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)投資和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，新疆經(jīng)濟(jì)將實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式增長(zhǎng)，新增鋼鐵產(chǎn)能帶動(dòng)鐵礦石進(jìn)口貿(mào)易持續(xù)升溫。鐵礦石作為鋼鐵行業(yè)的原料對(duì)新疆鋼鐵行業(yè)影響巨大，自給30%，剩下需要進(jìn)口，因而進(jìn)口鐵礦石對(duì)新疆鋼鐵工業(yè)乃至國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定都至關(guān)重要。因此，研究新疆鐵礦石進(jìn)口貿(mào)易具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在分析中國(guó)鐵礦石進(jìn)口貿(mào)易的基礎(chǔ)上，參照新疆市場(chǎng)特點(diǎn)，研究新疆鐵礦石進(jìn)口貿(mào)易發(fā)展，主要是從新疆具有進(jìn)口鐵礦石資源的地理優(yōu)勢(shì)、進(jìn)口規(guī)模、國(guó)別結(jié)構(gòu)、從事進(jìn)口的貿(mào)易主體、口岸、進(jìn)口市場(chǎng)來源、進(jìn)口貿(mào)易方式、對(duì)外貿(mào)易依存度、存在問題等方面闡述新疆鐵礦石進(jìn)口貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀，并對(duì)新疆鐵礦石進(jìn)口貿(mào)易供求形勢(shì)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。利用國(guó)際貿(mào)易原理：絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、比較優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、要素稟賦理論、相互需求理論、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化理論等闡述新疆鐵礦石進(jìn)口貿(mào)易發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并分析影響貿(mào)易的因素。因地制宜，，提出了改善新疆鐵礦石進(jìn)口貿(mào)易的策略和建議。
[Abstract]:Chinese is the world's first big country of iron and steel, and iron ore import trade power, dependence on foreign trade is close to the current 70%., the progress of Yuanjiang project "a fiery, especially investment in real estate development and infrastructure construction, Xinjiang's economy will achieve leapfrog growth, the new steel production to iron ore imports of iron ore continued warming. Stone as the iron and steel industry raw materials of Xinjiang iron and steel industry influence, self-sufficiency rate of 30%, the remaining need to be imported, and iron ore imports are crucial for the iron and steel industry in Xinjiang and even the national economy and social stability. Therefore, it has important practical significance to study Xinjiang iron ore import trade.
Based on the analysis of China imports of iron ore trade, with reference to the Xinjiang market, Xinjiang iron ore import trade, mainly with imported iron ore resources from the geographical advantage of Xinjiang, the scale of imports, the country engaged in the import trade structure, the main port, import market sources, import trade, foreign trade dependence degree this, Xinjiang iron ore import trade problems, and carries on the forecast to the Xinjiang iron ore import trade supply and demand situation. By using the principle of international trade: the theory of absolute advantage, comparative advantage theory, factor endowment theory, theory of reciprocal demand, regional economic integration theory, describes the current status of Xinjiang iron ore import trade, and to analyze the impact of trade factors. According to local conditions, put forward the improvement strategies and recommendations of Xinjiang iron ore import trade.
