【摘要】：生態(tài)工業(yè)園(EIP)是我國(guó)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的一種集工業(yè)發(fā)展和生態(tài)保護(hù)于一體的發(fā)展模式。關(guān)于生態(tài)工業(yè)園的環(huán)境績(jī)效的研究較多,但如何對(duì)其經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析尚需考究。本文在綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外生態(tài)工業(yè)園經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,建立生態(tài)工業(yè)園經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)中國(guó)生態(tài)工業(yè)園的經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)分析。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下： (1)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)生態(tài)工業(yè)園的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研,對(duì)不同地區(qū)、不同產(chǎn)業(yè)類(lèi)型、不同建設(shè)階段、不同經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平生態(tài)工業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),為“十二五”期間國(guó)家生態(tài)工業(yè)示范園區(qū)建設(shè)提供借鑒。 (2)建立了生態(tài)工業(yè)園經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,選用距離函數(shù)法對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),從而建立了生態(tài)工業(yè)園經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)模型。 (3)建立了生態(tài)工業(yè)園產(chǎn)業(yè)共生效率評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)生態(tài)工業(yè)園內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)共生效率進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并與生態(tài)工業(yè)園內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效做關(guān)聯(lián)機(jī)理研究,建立產(chǎn)業(yè)共生效率與經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效的關(guān)聯(lián)作用體系,為生態(tài)工業(yè)園經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效內(nèi)在機(jī)理研究提供理論依據(jù)。 (4)對(duì)選取的國(guó)內(nèi)典型生態(tài)工業(yè)園做經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)分析,并進(jìn)行排名。同時(shí),對(duì)這些生態(tài)工業(yè)園產(chǎn)業(yè)共生效率與經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效做關(guān)聯(lián)分析與研究,從而說(shuō)明生態(tài)工業(yè)園產(chǎn)業(yè)共生對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效的作用效果,最終揭示生態(tài)工業(yè)園經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效的內(nèi)在機(jī)理,并為中國(guó)生態(tài)工業(yè)園未來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出建議。
[Abstract]:Eco industrial park (EIP) is a set of industrial development and ecological protection in the integrated development mode of the development of circular economy in China. There are many researches on eco industrial park environmental performance, but how to evaluate the performance of economic analysis still need to research. Based on the review of domestic and foreign eco industrial parks and economic evaluation regional economic evaluation, the establishment of economic performance evaluation system of eco industrial park, eco industrial park China economic performance was evaluated and analyzed. The main research contents are as follows:
(1) to present the situation of domestic eco industrial park, in different regions, different industry types, different construction stages, comprehensive evaluation of the process of the development of different levels of economic development in the eco industrial park, to provide reference for the construction of "national eco industrial demonstration park" in 12th Five-Year.
(2) the index system of economic performance evaluation of eco industrial park was established, and the distance function method was applied to evaluate the index comprehensively, so that the economic performance evaluation model of eco industrial park was established.
(3) to establish the efficiency evaluation system of the industrial symbiosis of eco industrial park, Ecological Industrial Park Industrial Symbiosis Efficiency Evaluation, and related research and mechanism of eco industrial park economic performance, establish related system of Industrial Symbiosis Efficiency and economic performance, and provide a theoretical basis for the research on the internal mechanism of ecological industry Park economic performance.
(4) economic performance evaluation analysis of the selected typical domestic eco industrial park, and rank. At the same time, the ecological industrial park, Industrial Symbiosis Efficiency and economic performance analysis and Research Association, which indicates that the effect of the economic performance of industrial symbiosis of eco industrial park, the internal mechanism and finally reveals the economic performance of the eco industrial park, and suggestions for Chinese eco industrial park economic sustainable development in the future.
