【摘要】：正中華人民共和國工業(yè)和信息化部財建[2014]11號各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市、計劃單列市財政廳(局)、科技廳(局、科委)、工業(yè)和信息化主管部門、發(fā)展改革委:為加快新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,推進(jìn)節(jié)能減排,促進(jìn)大氣污染治理,經(jīng)國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn),2013年,財政部、科技部、工業(yè)和信息化部、發(fā)展改革委啟動了新能源汽車推廣應(yīng)用工作。從實(shí)施情況看,各項(xiàng)工作進(jìn)展順利,推廣數(shù)量快速增加,市場規(guī)模不斷拓展,政策效果已逐步顯現(xiàn)。為進(jìn)一步
[Abstract]:Ministry of Industry and Informatization of the people's Republic of China. [11 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, Ministry of Finance (Ministry of Finance, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Science and Technology, competent Department of Industry and Information Technology). Development and Reform Commission: in order to accelerate the development of new energy automobile industry, promote energy saving and emission reduction, promote the control of air pollution, with the approval of the State Council, in 2013, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The Commission for Development and Reform has started the promotion and application of new energy vehicles. Judging from the implementation, the work has progressed smoothly, the number of promotion has increased rapidly, the market has been continuously expanded, and the policy effect has been gradually shown.
