【摘要】：正公司致力于將"易通"文化——"企業(yè)不斷滿足員工日益增長的物質和文化的需要;員工不斷滿足企業(yè)日益增長的科技和管理的需要",融入"用戶滿意工程"建設中。上海易初通用機器有限公司(簡稱易通,英文簡稱SEGM)隸屬于上海汽車工業(yè)總公司,是由上海汽車工業(yè)(集團)總公司、泰國正大集團易初投資公司、上海市龍華工業(yè)公司合資成立,主要生產汽車空調系統(tǒng)、汽車空調壓縮機系列、汽車空調儲液罐系列等產品。分別為上海大眾、上海通用、一汽、二汽、南汽等公司配套,目前空調壓縮機國內市場占有率已超過80%。企業(yè)要健康發(fā)展,必須具備和掌握自我診斷的工具。易通在深入推廣"用戶滿意工程"
