【摘要】：本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于綜合管理體系研究的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步研究了以質(zhì)量管理體系（ISO9001）、環(huán)境管理體系（ISO14001）和國(guó)際安全評(píng)級(jí)體系（ISRS）三體系為主要內(nèi)容的綜合管理體系。 本文重點(diǎn)講述了綜合管理體系在A公司的構(gòu)建和實(shí)施過(guò)程。A公司結(jié)合企業(yè)運(yùn)作框架聯(lián)系公司實(shí)際情況，建立了以質(zhì)量管理體系為框架、以環(huán)境管理體系、國(guó)際安全評(píng)級(jí)體系以及企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)的核心流程、支援流程和管理流程為主要內(nèi)容的綜合管理體系模型，并根據(jù)三個(gè)管理體系的文件構(gòu)成整合出綜合管理體系的文件結(jié)構(gòu)和文件內(nèi)容。 綜合管理體系模型提出后，本文以該綜合管理體系在A公司中國(guó)區(qū)的建立過(guò)程和運(yùn)行效果進(jìn)行可行性驗(yàn)證。 國(guó)際安全評(píng)級(jí)體系（ISRS）是一個(gè)在石油和化工行業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用的以損失控制為基礎(chǔ)的管理體系，，本文通過(guò)對(duì)其與質(zhì)量管理體系和環(huán)境管理體系的整合并通過(guò)案例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證，希望能夠以此對(duì)那些希望進(jìn)行ISRS和ISO體系整合的企業(yè)/組織提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the research on the comprehensive management system at home and abroad, this paper further studies the quality management system (ISO9001). ISO14001) and ISRS (International Safety rating system) are the main contents of the integrated management system. This paper focuses on the construction and implementation process of the integrated management system in company A. A company combined with the operational framework of the company to connect with the actual situation of the company, set up a quality management system as the framework, environmental management system. International safety rating system and the core process of enterprise operation, support process and management process as the main content of the integrated management system model. The document structure and contents of the integrated management system are integrated according to the documents of the three management systems. After the model of integrated management system is put forward, this paper verifies the feasibility of the establishment process and operation effect of the integrated management system in the China area of A Company. ISRS (International Safety rating system) is a management system based on loss control which is widely used in petroleum and chemical industry. Through the integration with the quality management system and the environmental management system, and through the case verification. I hope this can be used as a reference for those enterprises / organizations that wish to integrate ISRS and ISO systems.
