【摘要】:新時(shí)期的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境變幻莫測(cè),企業(yè)面臨著各種各樣新的挑戰(zhàn),而管理者的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力在很大程度上代表了一個(gè)企業(yè)組織運(yùn)作的水平,所以一個(gè)企業(yè)的成功往往取決于管理者的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。企業(yè)能夠獲得成功在一定程度上是因?yàn)閾碛袃?yōu)秀的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,不僅是最高層的管理者,而且在各個(gè)層級(jí)上都有優(yōu)秀領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力的管理者。優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)會(huì)有意識(shí)、系統(tǒng)地培養(yǎng)管理者的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,使各層管理者能夠擔(dān)負(fù)起領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職責(zé)。關(guān)于企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力水平的提升,一個(gè)很重要的方法就是在企業(yè)內(nèi)構(gòu)建領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)模型。一個(gè)有效的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)模型是企業(yè)構(gòu)建管理者人才梯隊(duì)的能力素質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),也是企業(yè)管理者培養(yǎng)、選拔的參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn),能夠清晰地定義哪些領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)是企業(yè)成功所需要的。 本文詳細(xì)回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)模型的研究資料,歸納總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有的研究成果對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)模型構(gòu)建的貢獻(xiàn)。論文以A公司為案例,詳細(xì)分析了公司運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的現(xiàn)狀,闡述出A公司構(gòu)建領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)模型的迫切需求。在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)模型構(gòu)建方法的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合公司實(shí)際情況,選取合適的素質(zhì)模型構(gòu)建方法如訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、標(biāo)桿法等,完成了對(duì)A公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)模型的構(gòu)建設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)模型構(gòu)建的過(guò)程和方法進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。然后詳細(xì)分析了構(gòu)建好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)模型在A公司人力資源管理各個(gè)方面的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。最后對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)?傊,本文在分析A公司管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,論述了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)模型構(gòu)建的方法和全過(guò)程,以及構(gòu)建好的模型在人力資源管理系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,對(duì)于國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)模型的研究有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In the new era, the market environment is unpredictable, enterprises are facing a variety of new challenges, and the leadership of managers to a large extent represents the level of an enterprise organization. Therefore, the success of an enterprise often depends on the leadership of the manager. To some extent, the success of an enterprise is due to the excellent leaders, not only the top managers. And at all levels there are excellent leadership managers. Good enterprises will consciously and systematically cultivate the leadership of managers. To enable managers at all levels to assume leadership responsibilities. One of the most important methods is to build a leadership quality model in an enterprise. An effective leadership quality model is the ability quality standard of constructing the echelon of managers, and it is also the training of enterprise managers. The selection criteria clearly define which leadership qualities are needed for success. This paper reviews the domestic and foreign research materials on leadership quality model and summarizes the contribution of existing research results to the construction of leadership quality model. The paper takes A Company as a case study. This paper analyzes the current situation of company operation and management in detail, and expounds the urgent need of building leadership quality model in company A. on the basis of summing up the construction methods of leadership quality model at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of the company. Select the appropriate quality model construction methods such as interview, questionnaire survey, benchmarking method, completed the construction of leadership quality model design of A company. Then, the practical application value of the established leadership quality model in all aspects of human resource management of company A is analyzed in detail. Finally, the whole paper is summarized. Yeah. Based on the analysis of the current management situation of company A, this paper discusses the method and the whole process of the construction of leadership quality model, and the application value of the established model in the human resources management system. For domestic enterprises about leadership quality model research has certain reference significance.
