【摘要】：正我國(guó)是世界最大的稀土資源國(guó)、生產(chǎn)國(guó)、出口國(guó),對(duì)稀土出口的政策變化,往往會(huì)引起世界稀土進(jìn)口國(guó)及其他稀土資源國(guó)的一系列反應(yīng),也是受?chē)?guó)際發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家制裁的"重災(zāi)區(qū)"。為了避免外貿(mào)摩擦,促進(jìn)稀土出口良性發(fā)展,必須大力提升稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平,建立長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制,培養(yǎng)更多的高級(jí)人才,更好地維護(hù)稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)安全。
[Abstract]:As China is the largest country of rare earth resources, producer and exporter in the world, the policy change of rare earth exports will often lead to a series of reactions to the world's rare earth importing countries and other rare earth resources countries, and also the "worst hit area" which is sanctioned by the developed countries. In order to avoid foreign trade friction and promote the benign development of rare earth exports, we must vigorously enhance the competitiveness of the rare earth industry, establish a long-term mechanism, cultivate more senior talents, and better safeguard the safety of the rare earth industry.
