【摘要】：國家電網(wǎng)公司以建設運營電網(wǎng)為核心業(yè)務，承擔著為經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展提供堅強電力保障的基本使命。變電站工程作為電網(wǎng)建設的重點，在整個社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮著不可替代的功能和作用。目前，變電站工程施工作業(yè)現(xiàn)場存在著諸多問題：現(xiàn)場物品擺放混亂，庫存管控不規(guī)范，人員自帶工具多，擺放隨意等等。這些問題都對變電站工程施工作業(yè)現(xiàn)場管控提出了更新更高的要求。“5S”法作為管理工作的基礎，也是現(xiàn)場管控的新潮流。如何將“5S”理論應用到變電站工程施工作業(yè)過程中，將具有重大的現(xiàn)實意義。本文從作者自身的工作實踐出發(fā)，采用案例研究的方法，以保定電網(wǎng)公司鄧村變電站施工作業(yè)現(xiàn)場管控現(xiàn)狀為基礎，展開研究分析，并對如何應用和推行“5S”理論，提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營現(xiàn)場管控水平，進行詳細探討。 首先，本文詳細介紹了“5S”理論。根據(jù)“5S”理論，結合變電站工程施工作業(yè)現(xiàn)場存在的主要問題，闡明了“5S”理論在鄧村變電站工程中推廣的必要性。其次，介紹了鄧村變電站工程應用“5S”理論的具體過程，為了檢驗“5S”理論的應用效果，對“5S”理論的實施進行了評價，以便總結經(jīng)驗和發(fā)現(xiàn)不足之處，并對“5S”理論的施行效果進行了展示。最后，指出鄧村變電站工程應用“5S”理論中仍存在的問題，并提出了相應的改進措施。 通過將“5S”理論應用到實際工作，一方面，可以對工作實踐中的施工作業(yè)現(xiàn)場管控問題進行分析，得出具有普遍意義的指導性結論；另一方面，通過該選題，對自身多年遇到的施工作業(yè)管控問題進行較為深入的研究，，以便得到具有實際意義的解決思路和解決辦法。鑒于變電站工程施工作業(yè)現(xiàn)場存在問題的同質(zhì)性，可以為兄弟單位解決施工作業(yè)現(xiàn)場管控問題提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The national Power Grid Corp takes the construction and operation of the power grid as its core business, and bears the basic mission of providing strong power support for the economic and social development. As the key point of the power grid construction, the substation engineering plays an irreplaceable function and function in the whole social and economic development process. At present, there are many problems in the construction site of substations, such as the confusion of goods placed on the scene, the irregular inventory control, the more tools that people bring, the random arrangement and so on. These problems have raised higher requirements for the on-site management and control of the substation construction work. The "5S" method is the foundation of management, and it is also a new trend of field control. How to apply the "5S" theory to the process of substation construction work will have great practical significance. In this paper the author's own view, using the method of case study of Power Grid Corp in Baoding Deng village substation construction work site management is based on the current situation, analysis and research, and how to use and implement the "5S" theory, improve the production and operation of enterprises on-site management and control, are discussed in detail.
