【摘要】：采購管理是企業(yè)創(chuàng)造效益的保障,其管理水平的高低事關企業(yè)利益得失。是企業(yè)產(chǎn)生利潤的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)。汽車行業(yè)巨大的市場給汽車零部件企業(yè)帶來了激烈的競爭,采購管理作為汽車零部件企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略職能,良好供應商開發(fā)和管理是產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量水平、交貨水平、新項目開發(fā)成功的保證。同時,在新的市場環(huán)境下企業(yè)內(nèi)部積極調(diào)整采購組織架構(gòu)、改善采購流程和協(xié)同其他職能部門共同做好采購管理對公司的發(fā)展有著深遠的意義。對于專業(yè)生產(chǎn)汽車零部件的SF公司而言,由于公司在短時間內(nèi)快速發(fā)展,采購管理一直面臨新項目開發(fā)時間長、供應商產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不合格、供應商交期不準確、供應商評估標準單一采購單方面的選擇供應商及采購部門和其他部門的協(xié)同不順暢的問題。同時,現(xiàn)有采購組織架構(gòu)和采購流程不足以支持業(yè)務發(fā)展。 本文采用理論分析和案例分析相結(jié)合的研究方法對SF公司采購管理展開研究。首先分析SF公司采購管理的現(xiàn)狀,之后重點對SF采購管理中存在的問題進行剖析,包括采購組織架構(gòu)、采購流程管理、供應商管理及采購協(xié)同方面。針對目前SF公司采購管理當中所存在的問題,找出根本原因,并提出改善其采購管理的策略。 論文研究結(jié)果對SF公司采購管理具有直接的指導和借鑒意義。同時對汽車零部件行業(yè)的采購管理具參考作用。
[Abstract]:The purchase management is the guarantee for the enterprise to create the benefit, and its management level is related to the profit and loss of the enterprise. It is the key link for the enterprise to produce profit. The huge market of automobile industry has brought fierce competition to auto parts enterprises. As a strategic function of auto parts enterprises, procurement management is a guarantee for the development and management of good suppliers, which is the guarantee of product quality level, delivery level and the success of new project development. At the same time, in the new market environment, it is of great significance for the company's development to actively adjust the procurement organization structure, improve the procurement process and cooperate with other functional departments to do well the procurement management. For the professional production of automotive SF company, because the company's rapid development in a short period of time, procurement management has been facing a new collaborative project development time, supplier product quality, supplier delivery is not accurate, the supplier evaluation standard single procurement unilateral selection of suppliers and procurement department and other departments of the problem is not smooth. At the same time, the existing procurement organizational structure and procurement process are not sufficient to support the development of the business.
