【摘要】：面對(duì)鐵路發(fā)展的新形式,新任務(wù),對(duì)鐵路房建單位人員提出了更高的要求,分析鐵路房建單位存在的具體問(wèn)題,提出解決對(duì)策,從而完善人力資源管理狀況。
