【摘要】：正住總集團(tuán)通過(guò)信息化搭建管理平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)了三級(jí)穿透管理:信息系統(tǒng)覆蓋集團(tuán)公司、二級(jí)單位和項(xiàng)目部三個(gè)管理層級(jí),集團(tuán)通過(guò)信息系統(tǒng)全面掌控二級(jí)企業(yè)和項(xiàng)目部情況。北京住總集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司(簡(jiǎn)稱住總集團(tuán))成立于1983年,是一家以科技研發(fā)為先導(dǎo),房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)為龍頭,建安、市政施工為基礎(chǔ),商貿(mào)和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)相結(jié)合,跨地區(qū)、跨行業(yè)、跨所有制、跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)的大型企業(yè)集團(tuán)。住總集團(tuán)通過(guò)信息化搭建管理平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)了三級(jí)穿透管理(如圖):集團(tuán)總部成為企業(yè)
