【摘要】：為了把宏大的理念轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷?shí)實(shí)在在對(duì)企業(yè)、對(duì)員工的價(jià)值,天士力集團(tuán)工會(huì)在不斷完善工會(huì)制度和組織建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)上,打造了一支專業(yè)化的工會(huì)干部隊(duì)伍,并努力通過一些有價(jià)值的工作將工會(huì)與企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略緊密結(jié)合起來。
[Abstract]:In order to transform the grand idea into the real value to the enterprise and to the staff, the trade union of the Tianshili Group has created a specialized contingent of trade union cadres on the basis of continuously perfecting the trade union system and building up the organization. And through some valuable work, the union and corporate strategy are closely linked.
