【摘要】：正在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,知識(shí)是最具價(jià)值的資源,知識(shí)活動(dòng)、知識(shí)型員工、知識(shí)資本等詞語(yǔ)活躍于學(xué)術(shù)界和企業(yè)界。知識(shí)型企業(yè)管理者對(duì)知識(shí)活動(dòng)、知識(shí)員工以及知識(shí)型企業(yè)都具有重要意義。本文在分析知識(shí)型企業(yè)管理特征的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)知識(shí)型企業(yè)管理者領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力的作用機(jī)制及影響因素展開(kāi)研究,以期對(duì)知識(shí)型企業(yè)的發(fā)展有所幫助。一、知識(shí)型企業(yè)管理的特征知識(shí)型企業(yè)與傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)有著很大的不同,這種不同直接導(dǎo)致企業(yè)管理存在很大的差異。筆者就組織
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the most valuable resource, knowledge activities, knowledge workers, knowledge capital and other words are active in academia and business circles. Knowledge-based enterprise managers are of great significance to knowledge activities, knowledge employees and knowledge-based enterprises. Based on the analysis of the management characteristics of knowledge-based enterprises, this paper studies the mechanism and influencing factors of the leadership ability of managers in knowledge-based enterprises, in order to help the development of knowledge-based enterprises.
