企業(yè)人力資源開發(fā)的困境與對策研究

【摘要】:"招工難"產(chǎn)生于"就業(yè)難"之后,兩難伴生并存是當(dāng)前職業(yè)指導(dǎo)的特有現(xiàn)象。隨著"招工難"問題的凸顯,企業(yè)人力資源開發(fā)面臨新的困境,企業(yè)用人指導(dǎo)成為職業(yè)指導(dǎo)的重要內(nèi)容。通過對勞動(dòng)力供給、勞動(dòng)力需求及兩者對接的機(jī)理分析,提出企業(yè)人力資源開發(fā)與利用的具體對策:建立工作價(jià)值觀,創(chuàng)新企業(yè)人力資源管理模式;保障員工權(quán)益,保證可持續(xù)的福利待遇;組織系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn),提供職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展空間機(jī)會(huì);與時(shí)俱進(jìn),搭建優(yōu)秀人才招聘平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:Employment difficulties arise after employment difficulties, and the coexistence of dilemmas is a unique phenomenon of current career guidance. With the problem of "recruitment difficulties" highlighted, the development of enterprise human resources is facing new difficulties, and the guidance of enterprise personnel has become an important part of career guidance. By analyzing the mechanism of labor force supply, labor demand and their connection, the paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures of enterprise human resource development and utilization: establishing work values, innovating enterprise human resource management mode, protecting employee's rights and interests, Ensure sustainable benefits; organize systematic training to provide career development opportunities; keep pace with the times and build a recruitment platform for outstanding talent.
