國(guó)企人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理存在的問(wèn)題與解決對(duì)策

【摘要】:市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶動(dòng)了國(guó)有企業(yè)的發(fā)展,而國(guó)有企業(yè)因?yàn)槭艿绞袌?chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響,必須要通過(guò)不斷深入改革的方式來(lái)轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)肆Y源管理工作現(xiàn)狀,將此作為企業(yè)管理工作重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題來(lái)看待。因?yàn)槭艿絺鹘y(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響,我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)人力資源不論是在管理制度還是在資源配置等方面,都存在不足之處,所以必須構(gòu)建科學(xué)化的用人機(jī)制,完善激勵(lì)制度與考核制度,提升人力資源項(xiàng)目培訓(xùn)力度,才能保證國(guó)有企業(yè)的正常發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of the market economy has driven the development of the state-owned enterprises. Because the state-owned enterprises are affected by the development of the market economy, they must change the current situation of human resources management through the way of continuous in-depth reform. Take this as the key issue of enterprise management. Due to the influence of the traditional economic development, the human resources of state-owned enterprises in our country have some shortcomings in both the management system and the resource allocation, so we must construct a scientific employment mechanism. Only by perfecting the incentive system and examination system and enhancing the training intensity of human resources projects can the normal development of state-owned enterprises be guaranteed.
