【摘要】：近年來我國成人職業(yè)高等教育的規(guī)模迅速擴大,為各行業(yè)輸出了大批專業(yè)技術(shù)人才。但是,成人高等教育飛速發(fā)展的同時,辦學過程中的弊端也逐漸引起了教育部門和社會各界的關(guān)注。成人高等教育肩負為企業(yè)一線培養(yǎng)專業(yè)對口人才的重任,是解決企業(yè)人力資源需求的重要途徑,其辦學水平及人力輸出水準與企業(yè)招納人才的質(zhì)量息息相關(guān)。我們要在加快高等職業(yè)教育的改革進程中,全面提高成人教育水平,為科技興國奠定人才基礎(chǔ)。同時各級政府也要加大對成人教育的政策支持力度,推動學校與企業(yè)的深度溝通與合作。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the scale of adult vocational higher education in China has expanded rapidly, and a large number of professional and technical talents have been exported to various industries. However, with the rapid development of adult higher education, the malpractice in the process of running a school has gradually aroused the attention of educational departments and all walks of life. Adult higher education is an important way to meet the needs of enterprise human resources. The level of running a school and the level of manpower output are closely related to the quality of talent recruitment. In the course of speeding up the reform of higher vocational education, we should raise the level of adult education in an all-round way and lay a foundation for developing the country through science and technology. At the same time, governments at all levels should increase policy support for adult education and promote deep communication and cooperation between schools and enterprises.
