【摘要】：多年來,教師專業(yè)化的思想一直影響著教師職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的主要發(fā)展方向。隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展,直接賦予了高校教師們巨大的專業(yè)化發(fā)展機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)于促進(jìn)高等教育方面的質(zhì)量起到了極其重要的作用。因此,如今高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展直接成為高校人力資源管理方面的主要發(fā)展內(nèi)容之一。不過,在現(xiàn)實(shí)的教育工作當(dāng)中,大多數(shù)高校教師并沒有獲得相應(yīng)的重視,而且針對(duì)高校教師所開展的培訓(xùn)工作也并沒有真正發(fā)揮出本應(yīng)有的作用,這是所有高校都必須加以重視的問題。針對(duì)基于知識(shí)管理視角的高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究、分析,并為此推出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展策略以供參考。
[Abstract]:For many years, the thought of teacher professionalization has always influenced the main development direction of teacher vocational education. With the progress and development of the times, teachers in colleges and universities have been given great opportunities and challenges of professional development, which plays an extremely important role in promoting the quality of higher education. Therefore, the professional development of college teachers has become one of the main contents of human resource management. However, in the actual education work, most university teachers have not received the corresponding attention, and the training work for university teachers has not really played the role that they should have. This is a problem that all colleges and universities must pay attention to. This paper studies and analyzes the professional development of college teachers based on knowledge management, and puts forward corresponding development strategies for reference.
