湖北省醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生資源現(xiàn)狀分析

【摘要】:目的:了解湖北省各地區(qū)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生資源配置現(xiàn)狀,為優(yōu)化和調(diào)整各地區(qū)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生資源配置提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐和科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:采用描述統(tǒng)計(jì)法和秩和比法對(duì)湖北省17市(州)機(jī)構(gòu)、床位和人員配置情況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:"十二五"期間,湖北省醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生資源人均占有量漲幅較大,配置總體合理。根據(jù)各地區(qū)主要衛(wèi)生資源配置情況來看,全省可分為三檔,其中孝感、隨州配置較差;宜昌、恩施和十堰配置相對(duì)較好;其余市(州)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生資源配置趨向合理。結(jié)論:全省醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生資源分布仍存在不均衡現(xiàn)象,人力資源配置地區(qū)差異顯著;部分地區(qū)各資源要素配置結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)重失衡,基層護(hù)理人員配備不足。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the status of medical and health resources allocation in Hubei Province, and to provide data support and scientific basis for optimizing and adjusting the allocation of medical and health resources in various regions. Methods: the 17 cities (States) institutions in Hubei province were analyzed by descriptive statistics and rank sum ratio method. Results: during the "12th Five-Year", the medical treatment of Hubei province was carried out. The per capita share of health resources has increased greatly and the allocation is reasonable. According to the distribution of main health resources in various regions, the province can be divided into three grades, including Xiaogan, Suizhou, Yichang, Enshi and Shiyan, the allocation of health resources in the rest of the city is reasonable. Conclusion: the distribution of medical and health resources in the whole province is still still distributed. Uneven distribution of human resources, regional differences in human resources allocation are significant; resource allocation structure in some areas is seriously unbalanced, and grass-roots nurses are not equipped adequately.
