【摘要】：正事物的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展通常遵循著某些特定的邏輯,同類(lèi)事物的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展邏輯具有相似性,但更多的是彼此之間不同的特性。企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)也具有這一特點(diǎn),不同商業(yè)模式有著各自獨(dú)特的經(jīng)營(yíng)邏輯,商業(yè)模式的先進(jìn)性決定了企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,或者說(shuō)決定了企業(yè)是否能夠成功,以及可以獲得多大的成功。那么人力資源需要解決的就是建構(gòu)出適合企業(yè)商業(yè)模式的人力資源管理模式,這就是本文要與大家分享的觀點(diǎn)——基于業(yè)務(wù)邏輯的HR組
[Abstract]:The emergence and development of positive things usually follow some specific logic. The generation and development logic of the same kind of things are similar, but they are different from each other. Different business models have their own unique business logic, the advanced nature of the business model determines the competitiveness of the enterprise, or whether the enterprise can succeed, and how much success can be achieved. Then what human resources need to solve is to construct a human resource management model suitable for the business model of an enterprise. This is what this article wants to share with you the HR group based on business logic.
