【摘要】：正《互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理》一書(shū)的作者陳芳從管理學(xué)的視角切入,探討了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代對(duì)企業(yè)人力資源管理與開(kāi)發(fā)帶來(lái)的影響,以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代企業(yè)人力資源管理與開(kāi)發(fā)的新思維和新方法。對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代下的人力資源管理進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新和改革首先需要構(gòu)建人力資源管理互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的組織框架,這個(gè)框架既要體現(xiàn)出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的特點(diǎn),又要滿足人力資源管理的功能需求,要將企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)方向、人員配置考慮進(jìn)去,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)內(nèi)員工的整體評(píng)價(jià)和全面評(píng)估,各部門根據(jù)評(píng)估的結(jié)果再結(jié)合企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式和發(fā)展目標(biāo),進(jìn)行人才調(diào)配,以達(dá)到人才
[Abstract]:Chen Fang, the author of the book on human resources development and management in the Internet age, explores the impact of the Internet age on the management and development of human resources in the enterprise, as well as the new thinking and new methods for human resource management and development in the Internet era. Innovation and reform should first construct the organizational framework of the era of human resource management in the Internet era. This framework should not only reflect the characteristics of the Internet age, but also meet the functional requirements of human resource management. It is necessary to take the business direction and personnel configuration into consideration, and to realize the overall evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of the employees in the enterprise, and the root of the departments. According to the results of the evaluation, combined with the business mode and development goal of the enterprise, we should allocate talents to achieve talent.
