基于ARM的嵌入式石油閉口閃點測定儀的研究與設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,作為能源和基礎(chǔ)材料的石油產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為我國重要的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。油品的性質(zhì)也越來越被人們所關(guān)注,閃點是表征石油產(chǎn)品安全性的一個重要指標(biāo),因此其測量精度就尤為重要。由于石油行業(yè)發(fā)展比較早,石油閃點測定的儀表大多為手動式,這類儀器需要實驗員具有一定的經(jīng)驗,而且試驗操作繁瑣,浪費(fèi)人力資源。后來雖有自動閃點儀問世,但是在閃點測定的速度、精度及穩(wěn)定性方面還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足對閃點測定的需求。本文針對上述問題,應(yīng)用先進(jìn)的ARM技術(shù)、電子技術(shù)、嵌入式技術(shù)以及接口技術(shù)研發(fā)的嵌入式石油閉口閃點測定儀,較好的解決了上述問題。所開發(fā)的嵌入式石油閃點測定儀,只需實驗員準(zhǔn)備好試驗樣品,通過較好的人機(jī)交互接口,即可實現(xiàn)油品閉口閃點的自動測試。嵌入式石油閉口閃點測定儀是根據(jù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T261-8 3及國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO2719-1988的規(guī)定方法與操作程序研制的。根據(jù)測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,吸收了自動閃點儀的優(yōu)點及已成型的攪拌、風(fēng)冷等方案,對原機(jī)型欠缺方面作了較大改進(jìn),使其在速度、精度、穩(wěn)定性等方面有了較大的提高。本課題主要實現(xiàn)嵌入式石油閉口閃點測定儀的硬件設(shè)計和軟件應(yīng)用程序設(shè)計。整機(jī)以ARM7S3C44B0X為核心處理器對整個測試過程進(jìn)行控制,硬件設(shè)計主要完成系統(tǒng)的晶振和復(fù)位電路、電源電路、存儲器接口電路、LCD顯示和鍵盤電路、打印輸出電路、測溫及A/D數(shù)據(jù)采集電路、閃火檢測電路、動作控制輸出電路的設(shè)計。軟件設(shè)計主要包括μC/OS-II在ARM7上的移植以及應(yīng)用程序的設(shè)計,其開發(fā)環(huán)境采用的是ARM公司推出的ADS1.2。本課題的創(chuàng)新點為儀器的CPU控制部分由原來的單片機(jī)被ARM所取代,使得嵌入式石油閃點測定儀在速度和精度方面以及穩(wěn)定性有了較大的改進(jìn)。同時結(jié)合本課題的溫度控制系統(tǒng),在溫度控制算法方面提出一種改變積分的PID控制算法,并通過仿真計算出積分增益常數(shù),在控制精度方面比單純的PID控制有了很大的提高。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, the petroleum industry, as an energy and basic material, has become an important pillar industry in China. More and more attention has been paid to the properties of oil products. Flash point is an important indicator to characterize the safety of petroleum products, so its measurement accuracy is particularly important. Because of the early development of the petroleum industry, most of the instruments used to measure the flash point of oil are manual, which requires the experimenter to have certain experience, and the operation of the test is cumbersome, which wastes human resources. Although there was an automatic flash point meter, the speed, accuracy and stability of the flash point measurement were far from being able to meet the requirement of flash point measurement. In order to solve the above problems, this paper uses the advanced arm technology, electronic technology, embedded technology and interface technology to develop the embedded oil closed-end flash point tester, which can solve the above problems. The developed embedded oil flash point tester only requires the experimenter to prepare the test sample and to realize the automatic test of the oil flash point through a better man-machine interface. The embedded oil closed flash point tester is developed according to the national standard GB / T261-83 and the international standard ISO 2719-1988. According to the requirements of the test standard, the advantages of the automatic flash point meter and the schemes of the formed agitation and air cooling are absorbed, and the lack of the original model is greatly improved, so that the speed, precision and stability are greatly improved. This subject mainly realizes the hardware design and software application design of the embedded oil closed flash point tester. The whole machine uses ARM7S3C44B0X as the core processor to control the whole testing process. The hardware design mainly completes the system's crystal oscillator and reset circuit, power circuit, memory interface circuit, LCD display circuit and keyboard circuit, print output circuit. Design of temperature measurement and A / D data acquisition circuit, flash detection circuit and action control output circuit. The software design mainly includes the transplant of 渭 C / OS-II on ARM7 and the design of application program. The innovation of this paper is that the CPU control part of the instrument is replaced by arm, which makes the embedded oil flash point tester have great improvement in speed, precision and stability. At the same time, combining the temperature control system of this subject, a pid control algorithm of changing integral is put forward in the aspect of temperature control algorithm, and the integral gain constant is calculated by simulation. The control precision is much higher than that of simple pid control.
