【摘要】:人才對(duì)于企業(yè)發(fā)展起到重要的影響,這些年來(lái)企業(yè)不論是在口頭上和行動(dòng)中都認(rèn)識(shí)到了這一點(diǎn)。隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的不斷深入,對(duì)人才的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已在各大企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中愈發(fā)明顯,而如何吸引優(yōu)秀人才的加入及能否招聘并選拔出合適的員工,則成為企業(yè)最看重的問(wèn)題之一。招聘是為企業(yè)補(bǔ)充人才為其提供新鮮血液的重要手段,同時(shí)對(duì)提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),塑造企業(yè)形象有積極作用。不同企業(yè)在招聘管理中遇到的情況各不相同,因此對(duì)企業(yè)在招聘工作中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,并提出符合企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的策略建議,具有十分重要的研究?jī)r(jià)值。本文以大量文獻(xiàn)資料為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)調(diào)查法、參照比對(duì)等方法,確立了G企業(yè)招聘管理體系完善的思路和改進(jìn)原則后,從完善勝任力模型、科學(xué)制定人力資源規(guī)劃、建立跨文化招聘隊(duì)伍、招聘渠道管理、建立規(guī)范的招聘測(cè)評(píng)體系、完善招聘管理體系評(píng)估機(jī)制這六大方面提出了建設(shè)性方案,同時(shí)兼顧了G企業(yè)跨文化人力資源招聘管理的特點(diǎn)。完善G企業(yè)的招聘管理體系,將對(duì)外資在華企業(yè)在招聘管理中應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題和如何解決,具有一定的借鑒作用和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Talent plays an important role in the development of enterprises, which has been recognized both verbally and in actions over the years. With the deepening of the global economic integration process, the fierce competition for talent has become more and more obvious in the competition among the major enterprises, and how to attract talented people to join and whether to recruit and select the right staff, It has become one of the most important issues for enterprises. Recruitment is an important means to supply fresh blood for enterprises to supplement talents, at the same time, it plays a positive role in improving the competitive advantage of enterprises and shaping the image of enterprises. Different enterprises encounter different situations in the recruitment management, so it is of great value to analyze the problems existing in the recruitment work of enterprises and to put forward some strategic suggestions in line with the development of the enterprises themselves. Based on a large amount of literature, through investigation and comparison, this paper establishes the train of thought and improvement principle of G enterprise recruitment management system, from perfecting competency model, scientifically formulating human resource planning, and so on. The constructive solutions are put forward in the following six aspects: establishing cross-cultural recruitment team, recruiting channel management, establishing standardized recruitment evaluation system and perfecting the evaluation mechanism of recruitment management system. At the same time, the characteristics of recruitment and management of cross-cultural human resources in G-enterprise are taken into account. Perfecting the recruitment management system of G enterprises will be helpful to the problems and how to solve the problems that foreign enterprises should pay attention to in the recruitment management in China.
