【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,使得我國(guó)的所有企業(yè)都面臨著巨大的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和生存挑戰(zhàn),信息化成為企業(yè)生存的重要手段。很多企業(yè)實(shí)施企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)系統(tǒng),我國(guó)企業(yè)的信息化水平向前邁了一大步,但企業(yè)在信息化建設(shè)過(guò)程中,為不同部門、不同業(yè)務(wù)建立了多個(gè)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。這些應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)也為企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)作出自己的貢獻(xiàn),提供了準(zhǔn)確的信息。由于這些業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)是為了滿足不同的需要分別設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的,SAP(Systems Applications and Products in data processing)作為ERP的高端軟件產(chǎn)品,中文簡(jiǎn)稱為企業(yè)管理解決方案系統(tǒng),與企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)不能有效協(xié)同工作。企業(yè)信息共享難度大,造成企業(yè)信息孤島的產(chǎn)生,是企業(yè)信息化過(guò)程中的產(chǎn)物。這就要求企業(yè)能夠集成應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)間的信息系統(tǒng)。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容是針對(duì)某公司除使用核心系統(tǒng)SAP企業(yè)核心組件(SAP Enterprise Central Component,SAP ECC)系統(tǒng)外,還含多個(gè)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)且孤島信息的情況,研究SAP的遠(yuǎn)程函數(shù)調(diào)用RFC(Remote Function Call,RFC)技術(shù)、業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用程序接口(Business Application Programming Interfaces,BAPI)技術(shù)、Web Service技術(shù)、增強(qiáng)技術(shù),從SAP ECC系統(tǒng)中人力資源(Human Resource,HR)模塊、財(cái)務(wù)管理(Financial Accounting/Controlling,FICO)模塊、固定資產(chǎn)(Asset Management,AM)模塊、物料管理(Material Management,MM)模塊中的采購(gòu)管理、銷售分銷(Sales Distribution,SD)模塊五大模塊入手,實(shí)現(xiàn)SAP ECC與企業(yè)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的集成。首先介紹SAP系統(tǒng)與企業(yè)應(yīng)用集成的方法,然后針對(duì)如何更有效的實(shí)現(xiàn)某公司的高效工作、共享信息進(jìn)行分析。分析SAP ECC的各模塊與企業(yè)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)集成的流程和需求;在此需求范疇內(nèi),設(shè)計(jì)出集成方案并實(shí)現(xiàn);最后,對(duì)SAP ECC與企業(yè)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的集成進(jìn)行測(cè)試。通過(guò)SAP系統(tǒng)與企業(yè)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的集成,構(gòu)成某公司的企業(yè)管理的集成系統(tǒng),避免大量的手工工作,帶動(dòng)整體業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)間的業(yè)務(wù)聯(lián)動(dòng),將某公司的各種信息流串聯(lián)起來(lái),消除信息孤島,提高企業(yè)效率,給決策者提供更高質(zhì)量的信息支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, all enterprises in our country are faced with enormous development opportunities and survival challenges. Information technology has become an important means for enterprises to survive. Many enterprises implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and the informatization level of enterprises in our country has taken a big step forward, but in the process of information construction, many application systems have been established for different departments and different businesses. These application systems also make their own contribution to the management of enterprises and provide accurate information. Since these business systems are designed and developed to meet different needs, Applications and Products in data processing) is the high-end software product of ERP. Can not work effectively with the existing application system of the enterprise. Enterprise information sharing is very difficult, which results in isolated island of enterprise information, which is the product of enterprise information process. This requires enterprises to be able to integrate information systems between application systems. The main content of this paper is to study the remote function call RFC(Remote Function (RFC(Remote Function) technology of SAP, which contains multiple application systems and isolated island information, in addition to the use of the core system, SAP enterprise core component, SAP Enterprise Central component, SAP Ecc. The Business Application Programming interfaces (BAPI) technology and the Service technology, enhance the technology, from the SAP ECC system human resources HR) module, financial management financial accounting / controlling FICO module, fixed assets asset management module, material management MMM module procurement management, Starting with five modules of sales Distribution, the integration of SAP ECC and enterprise application system is realized. This paper first introduces the method of integration of SAP system and enterprise application, and then analyzes how to realize the efficient work and share information of a company more effectively. This paper analyzes the process and requirements of the integration of each module of SAP ECC with enterprise application system; designs the integration scheme and implementation within this requirement; finally, tests the integration of SAP ECC and enterprise application system. Through the integration of SAP system and enterprise application system, the integrated system of enterprise management of a company is constructed, which avoids a lot of manual work, drives the whole business process optimization, and realizes the business linkage between systems. The information flow of a company is connected together to eliminate the isolated island of information, to improve the efficiency of the enterprise, and to provide higher quality information support to the decision makers.
