【摘要】：由于人口眾多、地形復(fù)雜、少數(shù)民族聚集等因素,四川省醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)總體發(fā)展不平衡。尤其是民族地區(qū),醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)嚴(yán)重滯后。"因病致貧,因貧致病"的惡性循環(huán),已經(jīng)危及少數(shù)民族群眾的生存環(huán)境,而究其根本,"缺醫(yī)"則是問(wèn)題的核心。通過(guò)調(diào)查了解四川民族地區(qū)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生人力資源現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)其人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)工作提出建議。
[Abstract]:Because of the large population, complex terrain and the gathering of ethnic minorities, the overall development of medical and health services in Sichuan Province is not balanced. Especially in minority areas, medical and health services lag behind seriously. " The vicious circle of poverty caused by illness and illness has endangered the living environment of minority people, but the lack of medical treatment is the core of the problem. The present situation of medical and health human resources in minority areas of Sichuan province was investigated and some suggestions were put forward.
