【摘要】：正瑪格麗特·米德在《文化與承諾》一書中寫到:隨著文化的進(jìn)化,人們要面對從"前喻文化"向"后喻文化"的轉(zhuǎn)變,在前喻文化里晚輩要向長輩學(xué)習(xí),而在后喻文化里則是長輩要反過來向晚輩學(xué)習(xí)。我未讀過原文,第一次看到這段話也是在《中國人力資源開發(fā)》雜志上,當(dāng)時(shí)心中不禁產(chǎn)生深深的共鳴:這確實(shí)是一個(gè)要向年輕人學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)代。比如我所在部門的一個(gè)同事狀態(tài)不太好,我的責(zé)任是找他聊一聊,看看他遇到了什么問題,但這件原本比較常規(guī)的事情卻讓我感覺無處著力。因?yàn)槲掖_實(shí)不是很清楚年輕人頭腦中都在想些什么,如果想了解他們,想要和他們對話,就要了解他們的世界,而他們的世界并不因經(jīng)歷現(xiàn)實(shí)的短暫而比我們這些年長者更簡單,甚至?xí)訌?fù)雜。三年就會產(chǎn)生
[Abstract]:Margaret Meade writes in Culture and commitment: as culture evolves, people have to face the transition from "pre-metaphor culture" to "post-metonymy culture," in which younger generations learn from their elders. In the post-metonymy culture, the elders should learn from the younger generation in turn. I didn't read the original, but I saw it for the first time in China's Human Resources Development magazine, and there was a deep resonance in my heart: this is really an era of learning from young people. For example, one of my colleagues in my department is not in good shape, and my responsibility is to talk to him and see what's wrong with him, but it's a more conventional thing that makes me feel like I can't focus on it. Because I really don't know what's going on in the minds of young people, and if you want to know them, and you want to talk to them, you have to understand their world. And their world is no simpler or more complex than our elders because of the ephemeral experience of reality. Three years.
