【摘要】：正2017年3月31日,教育部、中央編辦、發(fā)展改革委、財(cái)政部、人力資源社會(huì)保障部聯(lián)合發(fā)布《教育部等五部門(mén)關(guān)于深化高等教育領(lǐng)域簡(jiǎn)政放權(quán)放管結(jié)合優(yōu)化服務(wù)改革的若干意見(jiàn)》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《意見(jiàn)》),進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)對(duì)高等學(xué)校的簡(jiǎn)政放權(quán)。《意見(jiàn)》在高校學(xué)科專業(yè)設(shè)置、高校編制及崗位管理制度、高校進(jìn)人用人管理、高校教師職稱評(píng)審機(jī)制、大學(xué)薪酬分配制度、高校經(jīng)費(fèi)使用等方面,使高校進(jìn)一步有了"依法自主管理"的更大權(quán)限。相信這
