【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)背景下,創(chuàng)業(yè)與創(chuàng)新的同步發(fā)展可以促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和人力資源的同步更新。推動(dòng)創(chuàng)業(yè)與創(chuàng)新的同步發(fā)展,必須要平衡市場與政府職能,加快服務(wù)型政府建設(shè)、完善創(chuàng)業(yè)與創(chuàng)新市場投融資環(huán)境,并完善創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新同步的相關(guān)政策。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new normal state of economy, the synchronous development of entrepreneurship and innovation can promote the synchronous renewal of industrial structure and human resources.To promote the synchronous development of entrepreneurship and innovation, we must balance the functions of market and government, speed up the construction of service-oriented government, perfect the investment and financing environment of entrepreneurial and innovative markets, and perfect the relevant policies of synchronizing entrepreneurial innovation.
