DN公司人力資源培訓(xùn)體系研究(案例型)

【摘要】:企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),關(guān)鍵在人才。事實(shí)上,要提升人才的能力素質(zhì),可實(shí)施的手段與方法較多,比如,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)管理部門(mén)制度建設(shè),健全招聘機(jī)制,完善監(jiān)督考核體系,構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略性人力資源建設(shè)模式等等。然而,對(duì)人力資源培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃或設(shè)計(jì)就是其中一條基本的行之有效的路徑和方法。本文以DN公司為案例,重點(diǎn)分析了當(dāng)前該公司在人力資源培訓(xùn)需求分析效果不明顯、培訓(xùn)運(yùn)行體系要素不健全、培訓(xùn)組織實(shí)施質(zhì)量需提升的現(xiàn)狀,以及在人力資源培訓(xùn)體系方面存在人力資源培訓(xùn)數(shù)量不平衡、培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量難保證、培訓(xùn)結(jié)構(gòu)難結(jié)等問(wèn)題。針對(duì)該公司在人力資源培訓(xùn)體系方面存在的具體問(wèn)題,分別從數(shù)據(jù)、理論等兩個(gè)層面,分析了存在問(wèn)題的原因,并根據(jù)該公司的業(yè)務(wù)和培訓(xùn)工作現(xiàn)狀,依據(jù)人—職匹配理論、激勵(lì)理論、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃理論、生命周期理論、資源配置理論,結(jié)合對(duì)該公司人力資源培訓(xùn)體系調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)情況,對(duì)該公司人力資源培訓(xùn)體系進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)一步明確人力資源培訓(xùn)體系構(gòu)建的指導(dǎo)思想、總體目標(biāo)、基本原則,健全了培訓(xùn)體系的組織體系、完善了實(shí)施流程,并從規(guī)正員工職業(yè)生涯、健全自我評(píng)估系統(tǒng)、細(xì)化職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃步驟等方面,提出了加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)體系內(nèi)涵建設(shè)的對(duì)策與方法。最后,圍繞新構(gòu)建的人力資源培訓(xùn)體系,為確保其順暢運(yùn)行,從資源、資金、時(shí)間、制度等方面制定了保障措施。通過(guò)研究,進(jìn)一步認(rèn)清了當(dāng)前DN公司人力資源培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀,以及在人力資源培訓(xùn)體系構(gòu)建與運(yùn)行方面存在的具體問(wèn)題,探討了有效的解決辦法和路徑,有效破解制約企業(yè)做大做強(qiáng)的瓶頸,為提升人力資源培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量,促使培訓(xùn)體系規(guī)范順暢運(yùn)行提供了有力的理論與實(shí)踐支撐。同時(shí),也為其他公司搞好人力資源培訓(xùn)體系建設(shè)提供了方法借鑒。
[Abstract]:The key to the competition of enterprises lies in talents.In fact, there are many means and methods to improve the ability of talents, such as strengthening the system construction of the enterprise management department, perfecting the recruitment mechanism, perfecting the supervision and examination system, and constructing the strategic human resource construction model, and so on.However, human resource training planning or design is one of the basic effective path and method.Taking DN Company as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation that the analysis effect of human resource training needs is not obvious, the elements of training operation system is not perfect, and the quality of training organization needs to be improved.In the aspect of human resource training system, the quantity of human resource training is not balanced, the quality of training is difficult to guarantee, and the training structure is difficult to be completed.In view of the specific problems in the human resource training system of the company, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the two aspects of data and theory, and according to the present situation of the company's business and training work, according to the theory of person-job matching,Incentive theory, career planning theory, life cycle theory, resource allocation theory, combined with the investigation and data of the company's human resources training system, the human resources training system of the company is designed.To further clarify the guiding ideology, overall objectives, basic principles of the construction of human resources training system, improve the training system organizational system, improve the implementation process, and from the regulation of staff career, improve the self-evaluation system,The measures and methods of strengthening the connotation construction of training system are put forward.Finally, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the newly constructed human resource training system, the paper formulates the safeguard measures from the aspects of resources, funds, time, system and so on.Through the research, this paper further recognizes the present situation of human resource training in DN Company, and discusses the concrete problems in the construction and operation of human resource training system, and probes into the effective solutions and paths.It can effectively solve the bottleneck that restricts the enterprises to become bigger and stronger, which provides a powerful theoretical and practical support for improving the quality of human resources training and promoting the smooth operation of training system.At the same time, also for other companies to do a good job in human resources training system construction to provide a method for reference.
