【摘要】：本文運用文獻研究法、問卷調查法及專家咨詢法來探索當前我國護理體系存在的問題,圍繞護理人力資源配置、學科發(fā)展建設、護理價值實現(xiàn)三方面分析現(xiàn)存的突出問題并提出對策建議。分析結果表明,護理人力資源配置,在護士數(shù)量、學歷水平、年齡結構、隊伍穩(wěn)定性等方面存在問題;在護理學科發(fā)展建設方面,專業(yè)課程設置、人才培養(yǎng)模式、經費投入問題較為突出;護理服務價格偏低、護士收入偏低、護理價值得不到體現(xiàn)同樣是阻礙護理事業(yè)發(fā)展的關鍵問題。針對上述突出問題,在加強護理隊伍建設和提升護理服務質量、加快學科建設和人才培養(yǎng)、健全護理收費標準和提高護士待遇三方面提出對策建議及建設策略,以期為構建新型護理體系提供依據。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and expert consultation are used to explore the problems existing in the nursing system of our country, which focus on the allocation of nursing human resources and the development of the discipline.The three aspects of the realization of nursing value were analyzed and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.The results show that there are some problems in the allocation of nursing human resources, such as the number of nurses, the level of education, the age structure, the stability of the team, the development and construction of nursing discipline, the setting of specialized courses, the training mode of talents, and so on.The cost of nursing service is on the low side, the nurse's income is on the low side, and the nursing value is not reflected, which is the key problem that hinders the development of nursing cause.In view of the above outstanding problems, the countermeasures and construction strategies were put forward in strengthening the construction of nursing team and improving the quality of nursing service, speeding up the subject construction and talent training, perfecting the nursing fee standard and improving the treatment of nurses.In order to provide the basis for the construction of a new type of nursing system.
