【摘要】：目的了解黑龍江省急診重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房(Emergency Intensive Care Unit,EICU)的人力資源配置狀況,分析存在的問(wèn)題及解決辦法,為EICU的建設(shè)發(fā)展提供數(shù)據(jù)支持和參考。方法通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查與實(shí)地觀察相結(jié)合的方式,對(duì)2010—2015年黑龍江省內(nèi)設(shè)置有EICU病房的三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院進(jìn)行調(diào)查,內(nèi)容包括EICU設(shè)置情況、床位數(shù)、醫(yī)務(wù)人員數(shù)量及構(gòu)成情況等。結(jié)果醫(yī)護(hù)人員配置無(wú)法滿足床位上升的需求,護(hù)士隊(duì)伍呈現(xiàn)年輕化,中級(jí)及以上職稱(chēng)的醫(yī)生所占比例逐年遞減,醫(yī)護(hù)人員工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)相對(duì)缺乏。結(jié)論黑龍江省三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院設(shè)置的EICU病房取得一定的發(fā)展,但在人力資源配置方面仍存在醫(yī)護(hù)人員配置不足、職稱(chēng)學(xué)歷梯隊(duì)欠合理等問(wèn)題,亟需進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化配置,以滿足EICU不斷發(fā)展需要。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the human resource allocation of Emergency Intensive Care Unit in Emergency intensive Care Unit (EICU) of Heilongjiang Province, analyze the existing problems and solutions, and provide data support and reference for the construction and development of EICU.Methods by means of questionnaire investigation and field observation, the author investigated Grade 3A Hospital with EICU wards in Heilongjiang Province from 2010 to 2015, including the establishment of EICU, the number of beds, the number and composition of medical personnel, etc.Results the medical and nursing staff could not meet the increasing demand of beds, the nurses were younger, the proportion of doctors with intermediate or higher professional titles was decreasing year by year, and the working experience of medical staff was relatively lacking.Conclusion the EICU wards set up in Grade 3A Hospital of Heilongjiang Province have developed to some extent, but there are still some problems in the allocation of human resources, such as insufficient medical and nursing personnel and unreasonable professional titles and qualifications, so it is necessary to further optimize the allocation.To meet the growing needs of EICU.
