再論輔導員個人職業(yè)化專業(yè)化的發(fā)展路徑、政策及制度安排

【摘要】:建設一支高素質的職業(yè)化專業(yè)化的輔導員隊伍是高校黨委的重要任務。對輔導員個人發(fā)展進行路徑設計、政策和制度安排,是落實中央16號文件規(guī)定的輔導員隊伍建設的頂層設計的具體措施。因此,必須從宏觀上,即從體制上、機制上來設計,使輔導員職業(yè)化專業(yè)化建設成為高校人力資源管理的新制度。要通過崗位設置、考核辦法、晉升制度等方式統(tǒng)籌考慮其個人的職業(yè)發(fā)展方向及路徑。本研究從湖北經(jīng)濟學院的實際出發(fā),設計了輔導員個人職業(yè)化專業(yè)化發(fā)展路徑圖,提出把輔導員的專業(yè)化職業(yè)化建設過程與院系中層后備干部隊伍的培養(yǎng)結合起來,建立高素質的思想政治理論教育的專家隊伍。
[Abstract]:It is an important task of college Party committee to build a high-quality professional counsellor team.The path design, policy and system arrangement for the personal development of counselors are the concrete measures to implement the top-level design of counselors' team construction stipulated in the document No. 16 of the Central Committee.Therefore, it is necessary to design from the macro point of view, that is, from the system and mechanism, so as to make the professionalization of counselors a new system of human resource management in colleges and universities.To consider their personal career development direction and path through post setting, examination method, promotion system and so on.Starting from the reality of Hubei University of Economics, this paper designs a path map for the professional development of counselors' personal professionalization, and proposes to combine the construction process of counselors' professionalization with the training of middle level reserve cadres in colleges and departments.The establishment of high-quality ideological and political theory education experts.
