【摘要】：正科技人才是我國(guó)特有的概念。根據(jù)已有的研究,科技人才是一種廣義的、抽象的、與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的動(dòng)態(tài)概念,隨著人們對(duì)品德、知識(shí)、才能理解的變化而變化。科技人才因其政治和道德屬性具有難以統(tǒng)計(jì)的特點(diǎn)。在我國(guó),與科技人才相關(guān)且有統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的概念包括科技活動(dòng)人員、研發(fā)人員、專業(yè)技術(shù)人員、科技工作者、科技人力資源等。
[Abstract]:Science and technology talent is a unique concept in our country. According to the existing research, science and technology talent is a kind of dynamic concept of broad, abstract and keeping pace with the times, along with people's moral character, knowledge, Scientific and technological talents are difficult to count because of their political and moral attributes. In our country, concepts related to scientific and technological personnel and have statistical data include scientific and technological activists, R & D personnel, professional and technical personnel, Scientific and technological workers, scientific and technological human resources, etc.
