【摘要】：正隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和全球化的發(fā)展,跨國(guó)并購(gòu)已經(jīng)成為越來越多的中國(guó)企業(yè)未來經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)顯示,2008年至2011年,中國(guó)企業(yè)以跨國(guó)并購(gòu)方式實(shí)現(xiàn)的對(duì)外直接投資共計(jì)1063億美元,年均增長(zhǎng)44%。普華永道披露的《2012年中國(guó)企業(yè)并購(gòu)回顧
